Արարատի մարզում իշխանական կրքերը շարունակում են թեժ մնալ: ՀՀ վարկանիշային ցուցակով առաջադրված նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը, ով ամեն գնով փորձելու է արդարացնել իշխանության կողմից իր վրա դրված թվաքանակը, այդպես էլ չի ցանկանում ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ նորանշանակ մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի հետ: Թեեւ երկուսն էլ առաջին հայացքից ունեն բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ, այնուամենայնիվ, նախկին ոստիկանապետը չի ցանկանում սեփական ձայները նվիրաբերել երիտասարդ կադրին:
Մարզպետն առաջարկել է հանդիպել ու զրուցել, որպեսզի վերանա ավելորդ լարվածությունը, քանի որ ինքը եւս պետք է իշխանությանն իր թիվը ներկայացնի, սակայն Ա. Սարգսյանը «ցրել» է՝ ասելով, թե զբաղված է, մոտ օրերս կհանդիպեն: Մինչ մարզպետի գլխի տակ փափուկ բարձ է դրվում Ա. Սարգսյանն ակտիվ հանդիպումներ է ունենում հենց մարզպետի մտերիմ ընկերների հետ՝ փորձելով ձայներն իրենով անել, որն, ի դեպ, վերջինիս մոտ դեռ լավ է ստացվում:
