Սուրան Կարայանը Pricewaterhouse Coopers Armenia-ի հետ քննարկել է դեպի Հայաստան ներդրումների ներգրավումը

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանն ընդունել է «Փրայսուոթերսհաուս Կուպերս» (PwC) ընկերության Եվրասիայի հարցերով գործադիր գործընկեր Մարկ Հենիին և PricewaterhouseCoopers Armenia LLC ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Վիկտոր Նալբանդյանին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Մարկ Հենրին նշել է, որ իրենց այցի հիմնական նպատակն է ընդլայնել առկա համագործակցությունը և ավելացրել, որ կարող են օգտագործելով իրենց միջազգային ցանցի հնարավորությունները` Հայաստանում առկա ներդրումային ծրագրերը ներկայացնել աշխարհին, ինչպես նաև տրամադրել խորհրդատվություն պետական կառույցներին` ներդրումային ծրագրերը ճիշտ փաթեթավորելու նպատակով:
Նախարար Կարայանը ողջունել է PricewaterhouseCoopers ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներին և նշել, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար այսօրվա կարևորագույն խնդիրներից է ներդրումների ներգրավումը և այս տեսանկյունից Հայաստանն աշխարհին ներկայացնելու միջազգային ցանցերի հնարավորության օգտագործման, հիմնադրամների ստեղծման, գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղությամբ խորհրդատվության տրամադրման հարցում կազմակերպության փորձը շատ կարևոր կարող է լինել:
«Պատրաստ ենք համագործակցության և շնորհակալ, որ դուք ևս պատրաստ եք ձեր փորձը և հնարավորւթյունները ներդնել` ճիշտ մատուցելու մեր երկրի գործարար և ներդրումային միջավայրը հանրությանը: Նման հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունն իր համաշխարհային ցանցով կարող է լուրջ հեղինակություն և վստահություն բերել մեր երկրին` նոր ներդրողներ ներգրավելու առումով»,-նշել է նախարարը:
«Աշխարհում կան շատ ընկերություններ, անհատ ներդրողներ, որոնք ունեն գումարներ և փնտրում են վայրեր, ներդրումներ անելու համար, սակայն չգիտեն որտեղ, և կան վայրեր, որտեղ ներդրումներ անելու լայն հնարավորություններ կան: Խնդիրը ոչ ճիշտ ներդրումային փաթեթների կազմավորումն է: Մենք պատրաստակամ ենք օգնելու, որպեսզի ձևավորվեն ճիշտ ներդրումային փաթեթներ և գտնել ներդրողներ»,-նշել է Մարկ Հենին:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի ներդրումային գրավչությունն աշխարհին ներկայացնելու և ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ ծրագրերն ու գաղափարները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սկզբնական փուլում առանձնացնել 1-2 ծրագիր Հայաստանում առկա ներդրումային նախագծերի ցանկից, և համատեղ աշխատանքներ իրականացնել դրանց ուղղությամբ:
Նախարան առանձնացրել է նաև Իրանի սահմանին Ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման ծրագիրը` նշելով, որ այստեղ կարելի է ներգրավվել մինչև 500 մլն դոլար ներդրում:
Նախարարն իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել արդյունավետ հանդիպման համար և ավելացրել.
«Եթե միասին փորձենք ճիշտ փաթեթավորել ներդրումային ծրագրերը կկարողանանք լուրջ ներդրումներ ներգրավել: Պատրաստ ենք նաև պետական աջակցություն և մասնակցություն ունենալ այս հարցում, այնպես, որ համագործակցության լուրջ ճանապարհ ունենք ձեզ հետ անցնելու»:
