Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահն ընդունել է Աբխազիայի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը փետրվարի 19-ին ընդունել է Աբխազիայի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը՝ Ժողովրդական Ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Էմմա Գամիսոնիային և պատգամավորներ՝ Ախրա Պաչուլիային ու Լևոն Գալստյանին, ովքեր Ստեփանակերտ են ժամանել Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության նախագծի հանրաքվեին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու նպատակով:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ԼՂՀ ԱԺ լրատվական ծառայությունից։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները բավականին դրական տեղաշարժ են արձանագրել:
«Մենք անընդհատ նոր տարբերակներ ենք որոնում՝ հետագա մեր համագործակցությունը զարգացնելու ուղղությամբ, և այդ առումով լավ հեռանկար ունենք»,- ընդգծել է ԱԺ նախագահը:
Աբխազիայի Ժողովրդական ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Էմմա Գամիսոնիան՝ պատվիրակության անունից երախտագիտություն հայտնելով արցախցիների ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարին է փոխանցել Աբխազիայի նախագահ Ռաուլ Խաջիմբայի ու խորհրդարանի նախագահ Վալերի Բգանբայի ողջույններն ու հանձնել Աբխազիայի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հրավերը:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ դուք լուրջ ժողովրդավարական քայլ եք կատարել: Ձեր երկրում բարձր քաղաքական մշակույթ է ձևավորվել, որը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ դուք քայլ առ քայլ լուծում եք Ձեր պետական կարևորության հարցերը: Այն ինստիտուտները, որոնք մենք և դուք ստեղծում ենք՝ ուղղված են մեր ժողովրդի և մեր երկրների զարգացմանը»,- կարևորել է Էմմա Գամիսոնիան:
Աբխազիայի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Լևոն Գալստյանը, անդրադառնալով Արցախում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացին, դրական է գնահատել այն:
«Մեծ ուշադրությամբ հետևել ենք այստեղ տեղի ունեցող սահմանադրական գործընթացին և պետք է ասեմ, որ բավականին դրական ենք գնահատում այն՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ ողջ ընթացքում ներգրավել եք հասարակության լայն շրջանակներ»,-հավելել է Լևոն Գալստյանը:
«Վստահ ենք, որ Ձեր հանրապետությունը մեծ հաջողությունների է հասնելու, քանի որ ժողովրդավարական արժեքների մեծ զարգացում ու աճ ենք նկատում: Կարծում եմ՝ Ձեր փորձը օգտակար կլինի նաև մեզ համար»,- նշել է Աբխազիայի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ախրա Պաչուլիան:
Այնուհետև, խորհրդարանականների խնդրանքանքով, Աշոտ Ղուլյանն անդրադարձել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության նախագծի առանձին դրույթներին և Աբխազիայում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ԱԺ սոցիալական և առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Լյուդմիլա Բարսեղյանը:
