Ճարպերն առողջական շատ խնդիրների առաջացման պատճառ են համարվում, այդ թվում՝ զարկերակների խցանման, սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների ռիսկի մեծացման, ճարպակալման:

Ներկայացնում ենք բրիտանացի սրտաբան Ասիմ Մալհոթրային, ով հակառակն է պնդում: Նա միակ պրոֆեսիոնալը չէ, ով իրերին այդ կողմից է նայում: Վերջին ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ շաքարը մարդու մարմնի վատագույն թշնամին է:

Բժիշկ Մալհոթրան հավելում է, որ ճարպոտ մթերքները լավ են ընդհանուր առողջական վիճակի համար, և կան բավականաչափ ապացույցներ, որ ճապերը սրտանոթային խնդիրներ չեն առաջացնում:

Նա կարծում է, որ ճարպերի պարունակությամբ դիետան իրականում պաշտպանում է սրտանոթային հիվանդություններից և 2-րդ տիպի շաքարային դիաբետից:

 

Բժիշկ Մալհոթրան իր հիվանդներին խորհուրդ է տալիս ավելի շատ ճարպեր ուտել և խուսափել անյուղ մթերքներից:

Բժիշկ Մալհոթրան նշում է, որ անյուղ մթերքները մեծացնում են սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը, նա հավելել է, որ ճարպերը ճարպակալման հիմնական պատճառը չեն:

Բժիշկը պնդում է, որ շաքարն ամենամեծ վտանգն է ընդհանուր առողջական վիճակի համար, մանկաբույժ Ռոբերտ Լյուսթինգը նույն կարծիքին է:

Նա ուսումնասիրում է ճարպերի և շաքարի ազդեցությունը երեխաների ճարպակալման վրա և հայտնաբերել է, որ հենց շաքարն է նպաստում ավելորդ քաշի կուտակմանը, սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացմանը և շաքարային դիաբետին:

Ավելի ու ավելի շատ փորձագետներ կան, որոնք համաձայն են, որ շաքարը ճարպակալման և ուղեկցող շատ հիվանդությունների հիմնական պատճառն է:
