Դաշնակցությունն այլեւս չի խորշում Հանրապետական իշխանության հետ կոալիցիոն կառավարություն կազմելու հնարավորությունից։ Հիմա նրանք շատ հարցեր են քննարկում միասին։

ՀՅԴ խմբակցության անդամ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նշում է. «Եթե կլինի էնպիսի իրավիճակ, որ մենք էդ քննարկումների արդյունքում տեսնենք, որ կարող ենք օգտակար լինել եւ ամբողջական պատասխանատվությամբ էդ խնդիրները լուծել, մենք չենք բացառում էդ տարբերակը»։

Այս պահին սակայն Դաշնակցությունն իշխանության հետ չի բանակցում կոալիցիոն կառավարություն ձեւավորելու շուրջ. «Մեր բանակցությունները եւ քննարկումներն իշխանության հետ պայմանավորված են բացառապես երկրի առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրները լուծելու տարբերակների քննարկումներով եւ բնականաբար սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով»։

Տարբեր մարտահրավերներ Դաշնակցությունը կարող է իշխանության հետ քննարկել նաեւ կոալիցիոն կառավարության ֆորմատով։ Սակայն այստեղ մի խնդիր կա, դաշնակցությունն ուզում է, որպեսզի պատասխանատվությունը երկու ուժերի համար լինի ամբողջական, ոչ թե ըստ պորտֆելների. «Էդ նշանակում ա, որ անկախ նրանից, որ եթե կձեւավորվի քաղաքական միասնական թիմ, այդ թվում կառավարություն, կարեւոր չի, թե դու կառավարությունում որ դիրքում ես, դու պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրես ամբողջ կառավարության գործունեության համար»։

Այս պահին Դաշնակցության եւ Հանրապետականի միջեւ տարաձայնություններ կան, որոնք Արծվիկ Մինասյանը չի ցանկանա հրապարակել. «Հարցերը կլուծվեն իշխանության հետ միասնական ճակատ կազմելով, եւ կլինի փոխադարձ նույն ձեւով ընկալում, ուրեմն մենք կգնանք էդ քայլին, եթե չի լինի, մենք կշարունակենք որպես ընդդիմադիր դաշտում գործել»։

Այսօր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը փոքրիկ փակագծեր է բացում, թե իշխանության որ օղակների հետ է Դաշնակցությունն ուղղակի շփումների մեջ. «Երկրի ղեկավարի հետ անցկացվում է պարբերաբար, անցկացվում է կառավարության ղեկավարի հետ»։

Կոալիցիայից յոթ տարի առաջ դուրս գալու հենց հաջորդ օրվանից Դաշնակցությունը քննարկումներ է անցկացնում իշխանության հետ եւ մամուլն անընդհատ նրանից հարցնում է կոալիցիոն կառավարության մաս կազմելու հնարավորության մասին. «Յոթ տարի է մենք ասում ենք՝ ոչ»։

Այս պահին Դաշնակցության համար գլխավորը Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններն են, որոնց հետ համաձայն է Դաշնակցությունը։ Դրանից հետո, իհարկե, Դաշնակցությունը պատրաստ է աշխատել այդպիսի իշխանության հետ։
