Նևրոզի բուժման ժողովրդական մեթոդներ

Նևրոզը փսիխոգեն բնույթի ախտանիշների կոմպլեքս է, որը դրսևորվում է նևրասթենիայի, փսիխոսթենիայի կամ հիսթերիայի ձևով: Նևրոզի տիպիկ ախտանիշներին են պատկանում կենտրոնական և վեգետատիվ նյարդային համակարգի խանգարվածությունները: Նյարդային դյուրագրգռվածություն, անհանգստություն, շուտ հոգնածություն, թուլություն, անքնություն, սրտխփոց, գլխացավեր, հիշողության անկում և այլն:
Նևրոզի բուժման համար ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ կիրառվում են.
Կարմիր ճակնդեղի հյութը 2-3 ժամ պահել սառը տեղում, խառնել 1:1 հարաբերությամբ մեղրի հետ և օգտագործել բաժակի 1/3 չափով, օրական 2-3 անգամ՝ գրգռվածության և նյարդայնացման ժամանակ:
Հազարատերևուկի 20 գ ծաղիկները 5 րոպե եփել 1 լ ջրում, հետո խառնել 200 գ մեղր: Խմել 50-ական գ., օրը 2 անգամ, նյարդային տարբեր հիվանդությունների ժամանակ:
Սննդի մեջ հաճախ օգտագործել մառոլ, ավելուկ, սոխ, ծնեբեկ, բողկ, ուրց:
1 թեյի գդալ մեղրը կես լիմոնի հյութի հետ լուծել 1 բաժակ ջրում և խմել օրը 3 անգամ:
500 գ շաքարավազը խառնել նույնքան մեղրի հետ, հարել և օգտագործել օրը 2 անգամ՝ 1 սուրճի բաժակ:
5 գ անանուխի տերևներից 200 մլ ջրում պատրաստած ջրաթուրմը օգտագործել որպես հանգստացնող միջոց:
Շատ ուտել գազար, ծիրան, ձմերուկ, խաղող, ելակ:
