Ձերբակալել են Վարդան Օսկանյանի որդուն եւ ազգականին

2017թ. փետրվարի 17-ին Ոստիկանությունից ստացվել է քաղաղացու հաղորդման հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերն առ այն, որ 2017թ. փետրվարի 16-ին իր ընկեր Հ.Սիրադարյանը եւ նրա հորաքրոջ որդին` Ա.Օսկանյանը իրենից պահանջել են վերադարձնել պարտքի գումարը, որի ընթացքում իր կամքին հակառակ իրեն պահել են ավտոմեքենայի մեջ եւ թույլ չեն տվել դրանից դուրս գալ`առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով:
Այդ մասին NEWS.am֊ին հայտնեցին Քննչական կոմիտեի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերն պարունակում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 133-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ` փետրվարի 17-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործի նկատմամբ հասարակական մեծ հետաքրքրությունը` տեղեկացնում ենք, որ քննությամբ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալներով փետրվարի 16-ին` ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում Երեւան քաղաքի Լենինգրադյան փողոցի «Ռոբերտո» խանութ-սրահի հարակից հատվածից Ն.Բերբերյանին նստեցրել են ավտոմեքենայի մեջ, գնացել Աբովյան քաղաք եւ նրա կամքին հակառակ եւ իր առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով ապօրինաբար զրկել ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքից եւ պահանջել վերադարձնել 1.500.000 ՀՀ դրամ պարտքը:
Փետրվարի 17-ին Ա. Օսկանյանը եւ Հ.Սիրադարյանը ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 133-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցավոր արաք կատարելու կասկածանքով: Վերջիններս հրաժարվել են ցուցմունք տալ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ` դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, տուժողի մատնանշած հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
Քննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկույթ կտրամադրենք պարբերաբար»,– հաղորդում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:
Նշենք, որ Ա.Օսկանյանը նախկին ԱԳ նախարար, «Համախմբում» կուսակցության նախագահ Վարդան Օսկանյանի որդին է՝ 33-ամյա Արա Օսկանյանը:
