Հայաստանից Սիրիա է առաքվել մարդասիրական օգնության հերթական խմբաքանակը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարությունների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` ՀՀ Նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ փետրվարի 17-ին ՀՀ անունից Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետություն առաքվեց սիրիական հակամարտությունից տուժած բնակիչների համար նախատեսված մարդասիրական օգնության հերթական խմբաքանակը, տեղեկացնում է Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության կայքը:
Օգնության տրամադրման կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներն իրականացվել են ՀՀ և ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունների, ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների, գյուղատնտեսության, սփյուռքի, տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների, արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների և ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի ջանքերով: Աջակցության նպատակն է ստեղծված իրավիճակում բարձրացնել հայկական համայնքի և Սիրիայի ժողովրդի դիմակայունությունը:
Մարդասիրական օգնությունը (շուրջ 20 տոննա սննդամթերք, պարենային իրեր, հագուստ և քնապարկեր) Սիրիա տեղափոխվեց ՌԴ ռազմաօդային ուժերի Իլ-76 ինքնաթիռով: «Էրեբունի» օդանավակայանում այն ճանապարհեցին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը և ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանության ռազմական կցորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Եվգենի Բուլավինցևը:
Մարդասիրական օգնությունը տեղափոխող ինքնաթիռը վայրէջք է կատարելու անմիջապես Սիրիայի Լաթակիա քաղաք, այնուհետև, օգնության մի մասը` նախորդ խմբաքանակի որոշ մասի հետ միասին, կտեղափոխվի Սիրիայի երկրորդ քաղաք` Հալեպ:
«Մոտ 20 տոննա բեռ է, որը պարունակում է հագուստ, սննդամթերք և բժշկական պարագաներ: Բեռը տեղափոխվում է Լաթակիայի ռուսական ավիաբազա, որտեղից էլ ռուսական զինվորական պահակախմբի ուղեկցությամբ կտեղափոխվի Հալեպ», - լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը:
Նախարարը հավելեց նաև, որ տեղափոխվող իրերի պահանջարկը ձևավորվում է տեղի բնակիչների համապատասխան կարիքներից:
Հայաստանից ուղարկված մարդասիրական օգնությունը հավասարաչափ բաժանվելու է բոլոր կարիքավորներին: Բեռների վրա մակագրված է. «Խաղաղության ջերմ մաղթանքներով Հայաստանից՝ Սիրիայի եղբայրական ժողովրդին»:
Մարդասիրական օգնությունն ուղեկցելու և տեղում բաշխման գործընթացը կազմակերպելու նպատակով դեռևս փետրվարի 14-ին Սիրիա էին մեկնել ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների, պաշտպանության և սփյուռքի նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 14-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Ս. Սարգսյանի հանձնարարությամբ Հայաստանից նույն ինքնաթիռով Սիրիա էր տեղափոխվել այս տարվա առաջին մարդասիրական օգնությունը:
