ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է սահմանամերձ համայնքներում դպրոցների եւ մանկապարտեզների դիմաց կառուցել պատնեշներ, ինչպես նաեւ թաքստոցներ` հակառակորդի հրետակոծությունից պատսպարվելու համար: Նպատակ կա նաեւ սահմանամերձ համայնքներում իրադրությունը սրվելու դեպքում բնակիչներին տրամադրել զենք, որպեսզի նրանք իրականացնեն պահակային ծառայություն:
Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ վարչապետի համապատասխան որոշումից: Ըստ այդմ, սահմանամերձ համայնքներում համակարգման ենթակա հարցերի լուծման նպատակով ստեղծվել է միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, որին հանձնարարվել է եռամսյա ժամկետում ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ:
Վարչապետի որոշման մեջ նաեւ առաջարկներ են ակնկալվում սահմանամերձ համայնքներում դեպի գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողատարածքներ տանող ճանապարհների բարեկարգման ու ներդրումային ծրագրերի նախատեսման հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
Կառավարության գործուն ուշադրության կենտրոնում հայտնված վերոնշյալ ուղղություններից առաջինները զգաստանալ են պարտադրում` հուշելով հնարավոր պատերազմի մասին, բայց ճանապարհների բարեկարգման ու ներդրումների վերաբերյալ ձեւակերպումները կարծես խաղաղության սպասման կամ հավանականության մասին են խոսում:
Այդուհանդերձ, վերջին օրերին ակտիվացել են Արցախում պատերազմի հնարավոր վերսկսման մասին խոսակցությունները: Ուստի, պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանից խնդրեցինք մեկնաբանել վարչապետի նշված որոշումը:
