Օտարերկրյա ներդրողները համեմատում են ռիսկերն ու շահույթը և չեն վարանում ներդրում կատարել Հայաստանում

Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի  ջանքերով տարբեր երկրներում կազմակերպվում են գործարար համաժողովներ։ Դրանց միջոցով օտարերկրացիներին ներկայացվում են Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, բիզնես միջավայրը, օրենսդրությունը, նույնիսկ պատմությունը, մշակութային կյանքն ու բնաշխարհը։ «Արմենպրես»-ը Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Կարեն Մկրտչյանից փորձեց հետաքրքրվելÕ արդյոք օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին չի վանում այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի համար դեռ չլուծված է մնում ԼՂ հիմնահարցը։ Հիմնադրամի տնօրենի խոսքով՝ ներդրողները գիտեն այդ մասին, սակայն գիտեն նաև, որ այդ հարցը հարաբերական կայուն վիճակում է։

«Մյուս կողմից, երբ մեզ հարցնում են, մենք պատասխանում ենք, որ հարմարվել ենք այդ կացությանը։ Այսինքն՝ մենք ընտրել ենք ոլորտներ, որ նույնիսկ կիսաշրջափակման մեջ լինելու պարագայում կարող ենք զարգացնել։ Դրանք են ադամանդագործությունը, ոսկերչությունը, դեղագործությունը, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաները և այլն։ Նախ և առաջ եթե մեզ հարցնում են սահմանային լարվածության մասին, մենք պատասխանում ենք, որ մեր ժողովուրդը հարմարվել է դրան և կարողացել է 25 տարիների ընթացքում զարգանալ, չնայած որոշակի լարվածություններին։ Նույնիսկ Իսրայելի օրինակն ենք բերում, որ չնայած համեմատաբար ավելի մեծ ռիսկերի՝ նրանք կարողացել են զարգանալ»,-ասաց նա։

Կարեն Մկրտչյանը նաև բացատրեց, որ միջազգային ներդրումներն առանց ռիսկերի չեն լինում։ Նա օրինակ բերեց աֆրիկյան որոշ երկրներ, որտեղ ներքին անկայունություն կա, սակայն ներդրողներին այն չի խանգարում։ Մկրտչյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ օտարերկրյա ներդրողները ցանկացած երկրում ռիսկեր են տեսնում և համեմատականներ են տանում ռիսկերի և շահույթի միջև, որից հետո կայացնում են իրենց որոշումները։ «Չեն կարող խուսափել ռիսկերից, բայց պետք է ճիշտ ձևով գնահատեն իրավիճակը, իրենց շահույթն ու հետագա գործունեությունը»,- հավելեց Մկրտչյանը։
