Ոստիկանությունը 95 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար է վճարել փոստային ծառայությունների համար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ոստիկանությունն այս տարվա փոստային կապի ծառայությունների համար վճարել է մոտ 95 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, ավելի ստույգ՝ 45 միլիոն 750 հազար դրամ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Կառավարության՝ Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ բաժնից:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության, ի դեմս ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Անուբաղ Համբարյանի, և «Հատուկ կապ» ՓԲԸ–ի միջև՝ ի դեմս տնօրեն Մ. Գասպարյանի, այս տարվա հունվարի 27–ին գնման պայմանագիր է կնքվել:
Ըստ պայմանագրի՝ պատվիրատուն հանձնարարում է, իսկ կատարողը ստանձնում է փոստային կապի ծառայությունների մատուցման պարտավորությունը: Պայմանագրի տեխնիկական բնութագրից պարզ է դառնում, որ «Հատուկ կապ» ՓԲԸ–ն անձնագրերի ամենօրյա տեղափոխում է իրականացնելու դեպի Երևան և ՀՀ մարզեր:
ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության «Հատուկ կապ» ՓԲԸ–ն իրավաբանական անձի կարգավիճակով հատուկ նշանակություն ունեցող ընկերություն է, որի գործունեության ուղղություններն են փոստային կապն ու պահպանությունը:
Ընկերությունը ծառայություն է մատուցում Հայաստանի տարածքում և նրա սահմաններից դուրս գտնվող ձեռնարկություններին, հիմնարկներին, հասարակական և այլ կազմակերպություններին, քաղաքացիներին և զինվորական մասերին՝ կատարելով թանկարժեք մետաղների, քարերի, դրանցից պատրաստված իրերի, փոխառությունների, վիճակախաղի տոմսերի, արժեթղթերի, գաղտնի և հույժ գաղտնի փաստաթղթերի ընդունում, առաքում և հասցեատերերին հանձնում:
Ինչպես գրված է Տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության կայքում՝ «Հատուկ կապ» ՓԲԸ–ն ունի բացառիկ հնարավորություն սպասարկման ոլորտում ընդգրկելու հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքը, քանի որ հանրապետության բոլոր բնակավայրերում տեղակայված են ծառայության «Հատուկ կապի» կետեր։
Մինչև 300 գրամ քաշով մեկ ծրարի՝ դեպի Երևան փոստային առաքումը կազմել է 180 դրամ, դեպի ՀՀ մարզեր՝ 360 դրամ, իսկ դեպի ԱՊՀ երկրներ մեկ ծրարի փոստային առաքման արժեքը կազմել է 600 դրամ:
