«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«ՀՀԿ համամասնական ցուցակի առաջին տասնյակը անտարբեր չի թողել ոչ ոքի: Հնչում են ամենատարբեր գնահատականներ, սկսած նրանից, որ ընտրությունը կատարվել է չվարկաբեկված եւ կրթված լինելու սկզբունքով, վերջացրած նրանով, որ ընտրվել են բացառապես այնպիսի մարդիկ, ովքեր տեսանելի ապագայում ինքնուրույն գործելու հայտ չեն ներկայացնելու, հետեւաբար աներկբա ենթարկվելու են Սերժ Սարգսյանին:

Տասնյակում հայտնված Մարգարիտ Եսայանն այսօր շտապեց հաստատել հատկապես վերջին տեսակետը. «Մենք մեր կուսակցության ղեկավարի որոշումները չենք քննարկում, ընդունում ենք ի գիտություն: Սա կուսակցության ղեկավարի որոշումն է, և յուրաքանչյուր կուսակցական այս որոշումն ընդունում է որպես արդեն կատարված փաստ, և մենք չենք քննարկում»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Վիգեն Սարգսյանին եւ նրա հետ կապված Սերժ Սարգսյանի բոլոր հնարավոր հետագա պլաններին, ապա ՊՆ նախարարը, առավել քան որեւէ այլ մեկը, տեղավորվում է Մարգարիտ Եսայանի նկարագրած իրականության մեջ:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չի էլ թաքցնում, որ իր կարիերայի ողջ ընթացքում զբաղված է եղել միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանի որոշումները որպես փաստ ընդունելու եւ նրա հանձնարարությունները կատարելու գործով: Նույնը վերաբերում է առաջին եռյակի մյուս անդամներին:

ՀՀԿ վերջին համագումարից առաջ գրել էինք, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ընտրել է իշխանությունը կուսակցության միջոցով պահպանելու տարբերակը, ինչը միանգամից երեք հնարավորություն է ընձեռում`դառնալ ԱԺ նախագահ, վարչապետ, կամ մնալ ՀՀԿ նախագահ եւ այդպես ղեկավարել պետությունը:

Քանի որ Սարգսյանը համամասնական ցուցակում չկա, ԱԺ նախագահի տարբերակը դուրս է գալիս: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է 2018 թվականից հետո ՀՀԿ նախագահ մնալով պետության դե ֆակտո ղեկավարը լինելուն, ապա կուսակցությունում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունները եւ համամասնական ցուցակը դրա հնարավորությունը լավագույնս ապահովում են: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը վարչապետի պաշտոնում այս իմաստով իհարկե իդեալական կլիներ:

Ի դեպ, վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը երեկ վերջնականապես հրաժեշտ տվեց 2018-ից հետո վարչապետ դառնալու հավակնություններին: Շարմազանովը լրագրողի հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց, Կարապետյանի ՀՀԿ համամասնական ցուցակից դուրս մնալը կապված է վերջին 4 տարում ՀՀ-ում մշտական բնակություն ունենալ-չունենալու խնդրի հետ: Կարեն Կարապետյանին, ընդ որում, հարկ չեն էլ համարել  պատշաճ պարզաբանում ներկայացնել այս հարցով: Այսօր ԵՊՀ-ում ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նա ասել է. «Ինձ համար անակնկալ չէ, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցության ցուցակում չեմ: Կարող է` կա սահմանափակում, որին ես չեմ բավարարում»: Կարող է նաեւ Կարեն Կարապետյանը քաղցած է, կամ նրա քունն է տանում. Սերժ Սարգսյանը կիմանա:

Անկախ ամեն ինչից, եթե նա չի կարող գրանցվել որպես պատգամավորի թեկնածու, 2018-ից հետո չի կարող նաեւ դառնալ վարչապետ, ինչի մասին բազմիցս ասվել է»:
