Յոսիֆ Ստալինի՝ որպես երկրի առաջնորդի գործունեությանը հավանություն տվողների թիվը Ռուսաստանում վերջին 16 տարում հասել Է առավելագույն ցուցանիշի: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայում են «Լեւադա-կենտրոնի» սոցհարցման տվյալները: 
 
Եթե 2006 թվականի մարտին ՀԿ(բ)Կ (Համամիութենական կոսմունիստական (բոլշեւիկների) կուսակցության) Կենտկոմի գլխավոր քարտուղարին «հիացմունքով», «հարգանքով» եւ «համակրանքով» Էր վերաբերվում հարցման մասնակիցների 37 տոկոսը, ապա այս տարվա հունվարին դրանց թիվն աճել Է մինչեւ 46 տոկոս, գրել Է ՌԲԿ-ն՝ վկայակոչելով հրատարակության տնօրինության տակ հայտնված հետազոտությունը:   
 
Ռուսաստանի բնակիչներն սկսել են ավելի լավ վերաբերվել նաեւ Լեոնիդ Բրեժնեւին եւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին: Բրեժնեւին համակրողների քանակը 11 տարում 39 տոկոսից մեծացել Է մինչեւ 47 տոկոս, իսկ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Պուտինին համակրողներինը՝ 76 տոկոսից մինչեւ 83 տոկոս: Այս երեք պետական գործիչները հարցման ֆավորիտներն են:
