Գագիկ Հարությունյանը Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետևանքների վերացման իրավական հիմնահարցերի փաթեթը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ Նախագահին

 Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետևանքների վերացման իրավական հիմնահարցերի փաթեթը սեպտեմբերի 26-ին պաշտոնապես ներկայացվել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումները համակարգող պետական հանձնաժողովի շրջանակներում ձևավորված հանձնախմբի ղեկավար Գագիկ Հարությունյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ փաստաթուղթը նախատեսված է ծառայողակ ան օգտագործման համար և հրապարակման ենթակա չէ: «Այս տարի հունիսին ստեղծեցինք Գիտավերլուծական կենտրոն, որի պատասխանատու նշանակեցինք Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանին, ով այս ոլորտի պատրաստված մասնագետներից մեկն է: Դրանում նաև ընդգրկված են միջազգաին իրավագետներ: Նրանք կարողացան մշակել իրավական հիմնահարցերի փաթեթը, որը ես պաշտոնապես հանձնեցի ՀՀ Նախագահին»,- Արմենպրես-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` այս շրջանում գաղտնապահությունն անհրաժեշտություն է: «Մենք դա քննարկելու ենք նոյեմբերի 20-21-ին, որոշ դրույթներ հանրությանը հասանելի կլինեն: Մենք, տարբեր անհատների, խմբերի ու կազմակերպությունների մոտեցումները համադրելով, կներկայացնենք  այն հայեցակարգը, որի հիման վրա հետագա աշխատանքները կտարվեն: Սա շարունակական աշխատանք է, որը տեղի կունենա մի շարք հարթություններում»,-նշեց նա:

Գագիկ Հարությունյանը հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ նիստին ինքը տեղեկացրել է, որ հանձնախումբը դիմել էր Իրավաբանների համահայկական խորհրդաժողովին` խնդրելով աջակցություն Հայոց ցեղապսանության հետևանքների վերացման իրավական թղթածրարի պատրաստման համար: «Ես այն ժամանակ ներկայացրեցի, որ այդ թղթածրարի ստեղծումը պահանջում է մնայուն  և տևական աշխատանք, քանի որ հիմնախնդիրները բազմազան են, ունեն համազգային ու միջազգային հնչեղություն, բազմաշերտ են, իսկ մասնագիտական մակարդակում բավականին շատ տարակարծություններ գոյություն ունեն»,-ասաց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
