Եվրամիության կողմից առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների համար Հայաստանին տրամադրված 7 մլն եվրոն արտահայտում է ԵՄ ցանկությունը եւ ակնկալիքը՝ տեսնելու հաջող ընտրություններ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման դիտարկում արեց Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն:
«Մեր երկու երկրները ընտրական փուլ են թեւակոխել. ընտրություններ, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել կարեւոր փոփոխությունների: Հայաստանը քայլ է կատարում դեպի խորհրդարանական համակարգ, մինչդեռ ֆրանսիացիները հավատարիմ եմ մնում նախագահական կամ կիսանախագահական համակարգին եւ չափազանց շատ են կառչած են այդ մոտեցմանը՝ ուղղակիորեն ընտրել հանրապետության նախագահին: Ապրիլ ամսում Ֆրանսիայիում կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրությունը քաղաքական մի իրադարձություն է, որին մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում բավական շատ երկրների կողմից: Ինչ վերաբերում է հայատանյան ընտրություններին, ապա, կարծում եմ, այստեղ կարեւորը ոչ թե տեխնիկապես մոտեցումները բարելավելն է, այլ վստահությունն ամրապնդելը»,- ասաց դեսպանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կարեւոր է այնպես անել, որ հայ ընտրողը հավատ տածի այն բոլոր ձեռնարկվող միջոցների նկատմամբ, որոնք ուղղված են առաջիկա ընտրությունների բարեհաջող անցկացմանը:
«Երեւի, հենց դա է պատճառներից մեկը, որ որոշակի վարանումից հետո ԵՄ-ն որոշեց աջակցել Հայաստանին եւ տրամադրել 7 մլն եվրո, որը բավականին ծանրակշիռ գումար է: Մեր բոլորի ցանկությունն է, որ ընտրությունները լավ պայմաններում տեղի ունենան»,-ընդգծեց նա:
Դեսպանը նշեց, որ, ունենալով այլ աջակցման ծրագրեր, Ֆրանսիան հարկ համարեց այդ գումարին իր բաժին օժանդակությունն ավելացնել, եւ շեշտեց, որ տրամադրված գումարի 18 տոկոսը, այսինքն՝ մոտ 1 մլն եվրոն, ապահովել է ֆրանսիացի հարկատուն:
Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կկայանան ապրիլի 2-ին, իսկ նախընտրական քարոզարշավը կմեկնարկի մարտի 5-ին:
