«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար այսօր եւս մեկ դաշինք ձեւավորվեց`«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքը: Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին դեպի քաղաքականություն մղող գաղափարի հիմքում նրան նախընտրական լայն դաշինքի առանցք դարձնելն էր, եւ այդ դաշինքով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի վերադարձի հնարավորություն ստեղծելը:
«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքն այս իմաստով պլան Բ-ն է: Այստեղ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը, եթե նույնիսկ գլխավորի դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակը, միեւնույն է չի կարող առանցք լինել: 2013-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում պաշտոնական արդյունքներով 2-րդ, իսկ ժողովրդական համոզմունքի համաձայն` 1-ին տեղը զբաղեցրած Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը ստվեր է գցում Օհանյանի անձի վրա:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ Հովհաննիսյանը նույնպես չի կարող սույն դաշինքի առանցքը լինել: Նախ նա վերջին պահին միայն միացավ: Բացի այդ, «Ժառանգություն» ամենաժողովրդական դեմքը` Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, բոյկոտել է այս միավորումը եւ երկու օրից իր ասուլիսում բազմաթիվ հիմնավորումներ կներկայացնի դրա համար:
Մամուլը ողողված էր հրապարակումներով, թե նախկին ՊՆ նախարարը դարձել է «խաղալիք» ուրիշների ձեռքին: Իսկ այդ ուրիշը ԼՂՀ ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանն էր համարվում:
Ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո ԶԼՄ-ների հետ շփումների ժամանակ Սեյրան Օհանյանն ու Վարդան Օսկանյանը այդպես էլ չհերքեցին, որ Սամվել Բաբայանն իրենց թիկունքում որոշակի գործունեություն է ծավալում: Օսկանյանի եւ Օհանյանի վախվորած արձագանքների ֆոնին, Սամվել Բաբայանի Tert.am-ին տված պատասխանները, հզոր էին. «Լավ եմ անում, լավ եմ անում… պրոբլեմ ո՞վ ունի, ասեք՝ պատասխանեմ: Վատ բան հո չե՞մ անում, որ էս երկիրը փրկվի»:
Բաբայանը երկար ժամանակ կտրված է եղել հայկական քաղաքական իրականությունից եւ, թերեւս, բաց է թողել այն պահը, երբ «գորշ կարդինալները» մնացին անցյալում: Իսկ մեր ժամանակներում, նույնիսկ Հայաստանում, որտեղ քաղաքական ուժերի գործունեությունը շատ հեռավոր կերպով է քաղաքականություն հիշեցնում, «գորշ կարդինալ» դառնալու փորձն իսկապես անհեռանկարային զբաղմունք է: Եւ դա ապացուցելու համար ընդամենը համամասնական ցուցակի շուրջ ծավալվող կարճատեւ մի գործընթաց պահանջվեց:
Հ.Գ. Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո Սեյրան Օհանյանի եւ Վարդան Օսկանյանի «վրա» մարդիկ էին դրված, որոնց հանձնարարված էր թույլ չտալ երկու նախկին նախարարների շփումը լրագրողների հետ: Բայց որքան էլ այդ անձինք Օհանյանին եւ Օսկանյանին հորդորում էին «Սահմանափակվել», միեւնույնն նրանք շարունակում էին հարցերին պատասխանել: Սրա համար Սամվել Բաբայանի խիստ նկատողությանը կարժանանան բոլորը` եւ երկու նախարարները, որ ժամանակին չսահմանափակվեցին, եւ երիտասարդները, որ լրագրողների ձեռքից Օհանյանին եւ Օսկանյանին ժամանակին չփախցրեցին»:
