Այսօր ստորագրվեց «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքի հուշագիրը:
Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Սեյրան Օհանյանը հանդես եկավ ելույթով:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ ապրիլյան ընտրությունները լինելու են շատ կարևոր, քանի որ ձևավորվելու է ՀՀ ողջ իշխանությունը, և կարևոր է, որ յուրաքանչյուր անձ իր ներդրումն ունենա ՀՀ ազգային և միջազգային երաշխիքների ձևավորման համար։ «Մեր բոլորի ուշադրությունը Հայաստանի ապագան է լինելու, նրա զարգացումը։ Ազգային երաշխիքների ձևավորման հիմքում լինելու են մարդիկ, սահմանում կանգնած զինվորը, հասարակ համայնքի գյուղացին, աշխատողը, բժիշկը, որոնց ընդհանուր ջանքերով են ձևավորվում հաջողությունները: Ազգային երաշխիքների ձևավորման հիմքում երկրի տնտեսության զարգացումն է լինելու, որի ուղղությամբ մենք համապատասխան միջոցառումներ պիտի ձեռնարկենք։
Մենք կարևորում ենք անվտանգության երաշխիքների մակարդակի բարձրացումը։ Լինելով երկար տարիներ ՀՀ զինուժի ղեկավարության գլխավերևում՝ համապատասխան միջոցառումներ եմ ձեռնարկել մեր երկրի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու, ՀՀ բանակը զարգացնելու և մարդակենտրոն դարձնելու համար, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ անհատականություն է։ Զգալով այն բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք այսօր կան բանակում՝ մենք քննարկումների արդյունքում եկել ենք եզրակացության՝ այսօր անհրաժեշտ է թիկունք՝ բանակի, մեր անվտանգության համար։ Իսկ բանակի համար թիկունքը մեր երկրի գործունեությունն է բոլոր ոլորտներում, որտեղ զինվորը զգում է տաք շունչը։
Մենք եկել ենք աշխատելու և մեր ունեցած փորձն օգտագործելու ենք կառավարման համակարգում համապատասխան գործունեություն իրականացնելիս։ Իշխանությունների և հասարակ մարդկանց միջև եղած անջրպետը փորձելու ենք վերացնել։ Ուշադրություն ենք դարձնելու մեր երկրի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու անձնական արժանապատվությանը. ովքեր կարող են կառավարման համակարգում գործել, ովքեր ի վիճակի են աշխատելու, համապատասխան աշխատատեղերի ձևավորմամբ աշխատելու հնարավորություններ ենք ստեղծելու մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցների համար։ Միասին ենք կերտելու մեր երկրի ապագան։
