«Լեսթերը» Չեմպիոնների լիգայում և Անգլիայի առաջնությունում. Հատուկ խաղադրույք

Մեկնարկում է Եվրոպայի ամենահեղինակավոր մրցաշարի՝ Չեմպիոնների լիգայի 1/8 եզրափակիչը: Եվրոպայի ուժեղագույն ակումբները ձգտելու են որքան հնարավոր է առաջ գնալ փլեյ-օֆֆում, հասնեն եզրափակիչ ու տիրանան այսքան ցանկալի գավաթին:

Այս թեժ պայքարին անցած տարի միացավ նաև տարվա հայտնությունը՝ «Լեսթերը»: Այս ակումբը, իտալացի հմուտ մարզիչ Ռանիերիի գլխավորությամբ, իսկական անակնկալ մատուցեց ոչ միայն Անգլիային, այլև ողջ Եվրոպային: Անցած առաջնության մեկնարկից առաջ ոչ ոք չէր էլ ենթադրում, որ նորեկ «Լեսթերը» կխառնի բոլորի խաղաքարտերը և կդառնա Անգլիայի առաջնության հաղթող՝ միանգամից նվաճելով Չեմպիոնների լիգայի խմբային փուլի ուղեգիր: Բայց դա անցած տարի էր:

Հիմա «Լեսթերը» Անգլիայի առաջնությունում զբաղեցնում է 15-րդ հորիզոնականը և ընդամենը 5 միավոր է առաջ վտանգավոր գոտում գտնվող ակումբներից: Իսկ առաջնությունում դեռ 16 տուր էլ կա: Արդյո՞ք չեմպիոնը կլքի Պրեմիեր լիգան: Ամեն ինչ հնարավոր է, ինչն ապացուցել է հենց «Լեսթերն» իր չեմպիոնությամբ:

Իսկ ահա Չեմպիոնների լիգայում աղվեսներն այլ կերպ իրենց դրսևորեցին: Հեշտությամբ հաղթահարեցին խմբային փուլն ու այժմ 1/8 եզրափակչում հանդիպելու են իսպանական «Սևիլյային»: Մի՞թե այս նորամուտը ևս կնշանավորվի հաղթանակով:
