«Երրորդ հանրապետություն» կուսակցության հիմնադիր Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը որոշ փակագծեր բացեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի հետ քաղաքական բանակցություններից: Փետրվարի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանն ընդգծեց, որ ինքը ջանքեր է գործադրել, որպեսզի Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրություններին ընդառաջ կայանա Գագիկ Ծառուկյան-Սեյրան Օհանյան համագործակցու թյուն: 

«Ես այն քաղաքական գործիչն եմ, ով փորձել է իր բոլոր հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև անձնական կապերն օգտագործել, որպեսզի Սեյրան Օհանյան-Գագիկ Ծառուկյան համագործակցություն կայանա: Սակայն, ցավոք, այդ համագործակցությունը տեղի չունեցավ: Ես անձամբ բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել եմ: Եթե տեղի ունենար այդ համագործակցությունը, կարող էր ձևավորվել լուրջ բևեռ, որն ունակ կլիներ լուրջ բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել Հայաստանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց նա:

Դալլաքյանը հավելեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում նրա մեջ նկատել է Սեյրան Օհանյանի շուրջ համախմբված որոշ կուսակցությունների հետ համագործակցելու ցանկություն: «Սակայն պարոն Ծառուկյանին «Համախմբում» կուսակցության կողմից միջնորդավորված կերպով ներկայացվել են որոշ անիրականանալի և ամբիցիոզ առաջարկներ, որոնք նրա համար ընկալելի չեն եղել»,- մանրամասնեց Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը:
