«Երրորդ հանրապետություն» կուսակցության հիմնադիր Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը բացել է փակագծերը, թե ինչ ստվերային գործընթացներ են տեղի ունեցել «Համախմբում» և Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունների հետ ԱԺ ընտրություններին դաշինքով մասնակցելու համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո: Փետրվարի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանն ընդգծել է, որ համաձայնագրին իր մասնակցությունը դադարեցրել է ստվերային գործը նթացների պատճառով: Մանրամասնելով ասվածը` Դալլաքյանը հայտնեց, որ փետրվարի 6-ին «Երրորդ հանրապետություն» կուսակցության գրասենյակ է ներկայացել ԼՂՀ ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը, ով ներկայացրել է ձևավորվելիք դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակ և փորձել է այն քննարկման առարկա դարձնել: «Մարդը հայտարարում է, որ ինքը քաղաքական բնույթի որևէ հրապարակային գործունեություն չի ծավալում, բայց այցելում է մեր կուսակցության գրասենյակ, այնուհետև նաև այցելել է Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության գրասենյակ և հանդես է գալիս նույն առաջարկ ով: Ես, բնականաբար, մերժել եմ Սամվել Բաբայանի առաջարկը, քանի որ այդ կուլուարային, ստվերային մոտեցումը ինձ համար անընդունելի է: Պատճառներից մեկն այդ համագործակցությունը դադարեցնելու նաև սա է, որովհետև Բաբայանը ներկայացնում է «Համախմբում»-ը և լոբբինգ է անում այդ կուսակցության համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Դալլաքյանը:
Նա լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց այն ցուցակը, որ իրեն ներկայացրել է Սամվել Բաբայանը: Այդ ցուցակում ընդգրկված են Սեյրան Օհանյանը, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը, Վարդան Օսկանյանը, Էլինար Վարդանյանը, Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը, Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը, Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը, Սուսաննա Մուրադյանը, Երվանդ Բոզոյանը, Ստեփան Մարգարյանը: «Այսպիսով, ստացվում է, որ ցուցակի առաջին տասնյակում ընդգրկվածներից 7-ը ներկայացնում են «Համախմբում» կուսակցությունը: Հավատացեք, որ ինձ համար կարևոր չէ, թե ես որ համարը կլինեմ: Բայց ես կներկայացնեմ, թե ինչպես պետք է ձևավորվի դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակը: Այդ դաշինքում ընդգրկված կուսակցությունները պետք է ձևավորեն խորհուրդ, որը համապատասխան քննարկումների արդյունքում ձևավորվում է ցուցակ: Սա է քաղաքականության տարրական սկզբունքը, ոչ թե մի անձը կուսակցության ղեկավարներին ներկայացնի ցուցակ և փորձի այն քննարկել: Ես անընդունելի եմ համարում այս մոտեցումը, քանի որ համամասնությունները խախտված են: Տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ ցուցակը ձևավորվեր համաձայնագիր ստորագրած կուսակցություններից ներառված անձանց համամասնությամբ»,-ասաց Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ անձնական մոտեցման կամ ամբիցիաների խնդիր չկա: Դալլաքյանը հավելեց, որ ինքը պատրաստ է լինել ցանկացած դաշինքի ցուցակի վերջին համարը, որը ունի գործունեության հստակ ծրագիր, ձևավորված պլատֆորմ, որը ձևավորվել է դաշինքի ձևավորմանը մասնակից կուսակցությունների հրապարակային համագործակցության արդյունքում:
