«Բաց նամակ ՀՀ վարչապետ պրն. Կարապետյանին

Հարգելի՛ պրն. վարչապետ, Ձեզ գրում է մի մտահոգ երիտասարդ քաղաքացի, ով ծնվել ու մեծացել է Շիրակի մարզի Սառնաղբյուր գյուղում՝ ունեցել է սակավ հնարավորություններ, հաղթահարել բազմաթիվ դժվարություններ:
Ցավոք, չեմ կարողանում ո՛չ նվագել, ո՛չ նկարել և ո՛չ էլ հաճախել որևէ ներկայացման, ու գիտե՞ք ինչու, որովհետև ես էլ հազարավորների նման ծնվել եմ գյուղում՝քաղաքից հեռու: Չէ՛, ես չեմ մեղադրում որևէ մեկին դրա համար, չեմ կարողացել զարգացնել իմ հմտությունները, որովհետև ծնվել եմ երկրի համար անբարենպաստ ժամանակահատվածում, բայց...

Ցավոք այսօր էլ գյուղում այս առումով ոչինչ չի փոխվել՝ երիտասարդներն ու երեխաները զրկված են իրենց տաղանդը զարգացնելու հնարավորությունից, որովհետև բախտի բերմամբ ծնվել են գյուղում, որտեղ հնարավորություններ չկան՝ ինքնաարտահայտվելու, ներուժն օգտագործելու և նպաստելու անձնական աճին:

Մշակութային հարուստ ժառանգություն ունեցող երկրում, այսօր բազմաթիվ գյուղերում մշակութային գործառույթ իրականացնող միակ օջախը դպրոցն է, որը սակայն չի կարող փոխարինել մշակույթի տներին: Ցավոք, 3600 բնակիչ ունեցող Սառնաղբյուրն էլ է զրկված մշակութային զարգացումից: Բազմաթիվ երիտասարդներ, ովքեր օժտված են բնատուր տաղանդով ստիպված են սպանել իրենց ներուժը՝ զարգացման հնարավորությունների բացակայության պատճառով: Իմ հասակակիցներից շատերն անգամ մի ներկայացման չեն եղել, չեն եղել թատրոնում, չեն դիտել ֆիլմ կինոթատրոնում, էլ չեմ խոսում նոտաները ճանաչելու, հասարակ գծագրություն ու նկարչություն անելու մասին: Գիտե՞ք ինչու… որովհետև ապրում են գյուղում:

Հիմա գրում եմ Ձեզ մեծ ցավով, որ ոչինչ չենք կարող հետ բերել, բայց կարող ենք փոխել ամեն ինչ մեր գալիք սերունդների համար, ովքեր մեծ սպասելիքներ ունեն երկրից, ովքեր լիահույս են, որ մի օր իրենք էլ կունենան այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք ունեն իրենց հասակակիցները՝ ովքեր ապրում են քաղաքում:

Ուզում եմ Ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել Սառնաղբյուրի Մշակույթի տան խնդրին։
Բազմաթիվ երիտասարդների հետ միասին ես էլ լիահույս եմ, որ վաղվա օրն ավելի լավն է լինելու, որ հնարավորությունները բոլորի համար հավասար են լինելու:

Մենք վստահ ենք, որ Դուք կարող եք լուծում տալ այս խնդրին: Հուսանք, որ կարձագանքեք մեր խնդրանքին ու խնդիրը դրական լուծում կստանա, իսկ Դուք մի քանի տարի անց կլսեք այն տաղանդաշատ երիտասարդների մասին, որոնց տաղանդն ուղղակի մեռնում է ներկայիս պայմաններում:
