ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի դուստրը` Իվանկան քննադատության է ենթարկել երկրի ղեկավարի ավագ խորհրդական Քելիեն Քոնուեյին, որը հեռուստաեթերով կոչ է արել գնել իր հավաքածուի մաս կազմող ապրանքները: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ТАСС գործակալությունը:
Ավելի վաղ ամերիկյան Politico պարբերականը, հղում անելով Թրամփին մոտ գնվող աղբյուրին, հաղորդել էր, որ Իվանկան հոր հետ զրուցելիս ասել է, որ իր բիզնեսը չպետք է առնչություն ունենա քաղաքականության հետ:
Աղբյուրի տեղեկացմամբ` Իվանկան Քոնուեյին կշտամբել է այն բանի համար, որ վերջինս իր ապրանքանիշը ներքաշել է սկանդալի մեջ: Իվանկան նաև խնդրել է Թրամփի խորհրդականին այլևս չհիշատակել իր ապրանքանիշը հեռուստատեսությամբ:
Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ամերիկյան մի քանի խոշոր առևտրի կենտրոններ հրաժարվել են վաճառել Իվանկա Թրամփի հավաքածուի մաս կազմող հագուստը, զարդեղենն ու այլ աքսեսուարներ՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ այդ ապրանքների պահանջարկն ընկել է:
Նախօրեին Թրամփն իր թվիթերյան էջում գրառում էր կատարել` հայտնելով դստեր հանդեպ զգացած հպարտությունը:
