Կանացի գեղեցկության թիվ մեկ գրավականը նրա առողջ և գեղեցիկ մաշկն է:
Գարնանն առաջին հերթին պետք է հիշել մաշկի խոնավության մասին: Ձմռանը մենք օգտագործում ենք ավելի խիտ ու յուղոտ բաղադրություններով կրեմներ, որը պետք է մաշկը պահպաներ ցրտից ու սառը քամուց:
Իսկ գարնանը նման կրեմները պետք է փակել սառնարանում, քանի որ գարնան գալու հետ մեզ անհրաժեշտ են ավելի թեթեւ բաղադրությամբ քսուքներ: Օրինակ` չոր մաշկին ավելի հարմար կլինեն զեյթունի ձեթի բաղադրությամբ կրեմները: Նորմալ կամ խառը տիպի մաշկի դեպքում` բավական է գլիցերինի բաղադրությամբ թեթեւ կրեմը, իսկ յուղոտ մաշկին լիովին բավական են թեթեւ գելերը, քանի որ այս տիպի մաշկին ավելորդ ճարպ պետք չէ, կարելի է պարզապես պահպանել բջիջների խոնավությունը:
Հետո անպայման պետք է հոգ տանել մաշկը ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներից պահպանելու մասին: Եթե ձեր մաշկը չոր է, ավելի լավ է հրաժարվել պիլինգից ու նման պրոցեդուրաներից, քանի որ առանց այդ էլ զգայուն մաշկը եւս մեկ անգամ ենթարկվում է վնասման:
Այս տիպի մաշկն անհրաժեշտ է պարզապես առավոտյան ու երեկոյան մաքրել ոչ սպիրտային լոսյոններով: Մաշկի յուղոտ, նորմալ և խառը տիպերը կարելի է մաքրել ավելի ակտիվ հաճախականությամբ: Եթե դուք նախընտրում եք պիլինգը, ապա տանն ավելի լավ է օգտագործել այն, ինչը պատրաստված է մրգաթթուների հիմքով, որովհետեւ դրանց ազդեցությունը մաշկի վրա ավելի նուրբ է լինում:
Տնային պայմաններում խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտագործել քիմիական պիլինգ, քանի որ նման գործողությունները պետք է անցկացնեն մասնագետները:Սկրաբներ ու նմանատիպ բաներ կարելի է օգտագործել շաբաթվա մեջ մեկ անգամ, իսկ յուղոտ մաշկ ունեցողներին` կարելի է ավելի հաճախ:
