Ի՞նչ է անհրաժեշտ ուղեղի բնականոն աշխատանքի համար

Փորձագետները պարզել են, որ օրգանիզմում ջրի անգամ աննշան պակասը հանգեցնում է գլխուղեղի աշխատունակության վատացման: Վերջերս կատարված հետազոտության տվյալների համաձայն, 90 րոպե շարունակ ինտենսիվ քրտնելու հետևանքով մարդու մտածելու ունակությունը կրճատվում է այնքան, որ կարծես այն ծերացել է մեկ տարով:
Հետազոտողները մի խումբ կամավոր երիտասարդների բաժանել են 2 ենթախմբի: Առաջին ենթախմբի երիտասարդներին հագցրել են մաշկին մոտ, թաղանթապատ բազմաշերտ քիմպաշտպանական հագուստ, վրայից` մարզական տաք հագուստ, որպեսզի նպաստեր քրտնարտադրությանը:
Երկրորդ ենթախմբի երիտասարդները կրում էին թեթև հագուստ. շորտեր և մարզաշապիկներ: Փորձի բոլոր մասնակիցները 4,5 ժամ շարունակ պարապեցին մարզասարքի վրա, որից հետո կատարվեց բոլորի ուղեղի ծավալի սքանավորում:
Հետազոտության տվյալները ցույց տվեցին, որ 90 րոպե շարունակ ինտենսիվ քրտնելու դեպքում մարդու ուղեղի չափսերը փոքրանում են այնքան, որ կարծես այն ծերացել է մեկ տարով: Բացի այդ, ջրի պակասի հետևանքով ուղեղը դժվարանում է մշակել տեղեկատվությունը:
Եթե մի քանի օր կամ շաբաթ օրգանիզմն անբավարար քանակությամբ ջուր ստանա, ուղեղն այնքան վատ կաշխատի, որ մարդն աշխատատեղում վատ կկատարի իր պարտականությունները կամ երեխան վատ կսովորի: Պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, ուղղակի պետք է 1-2 բաժակ ջուր խմել, և ուղեղի նորմալ աշխատանքը կվերականգնվի:
