Ադրբեջանն ակնհայտ հարձակվում է Հայաստանի վրա. Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուան

Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանանընդունելի է համարել Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շփման գծում: Բրյուսելում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նա իր վրդովմունքը հայտնեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրավիճակի սրման առնչությամբ:
«Պատերազմն ինքնին անընդունելի է: Քաղաքացիների վրա կրակելն անընդունելի է: Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջև հրադադարի ռեժիմի առկայության պարագայում զինվորների վրա կրակելը պետք է դատապարտվի»,- նշեց ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ կատարվածն իրեն չի զարմացնում, քանի որ արդեն երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ Ադրբեջանն ինտենսիվացրել է կրակը ԼՂ շփման գծում: «Ես նոր եմ վերադաձել Ղարաբաղից: Ես այնտեղ էի նախորդ կիրակի: Թեպետ այս ամիս չեղա առաջնագծում, սակայն այնտեղի էի մայիսին: Ես տեսա իրավիճակն այնպես, ինչիսին որ կար, լսեցի կողքովս անցնող փամփուշտների ձայնը: Չկար մեկ օր կամ գիշեր, որ Ադրբեջանը չկրակեր ավելի ու ավելի ուժեղ զենքերով: Սպանվում են զինվորներ, իսկ այսօր նրանք կրակում են անգամ քաղաքացիական անձերի վրա: Սա բացարձակապես անընդունելի է»,- «ԱրմենÕ �րես»-ին ասաց Ռոշբլուան` հավելելով, որ սա ակնհայտ հարձակում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի վրա:
«Ես կոչ եմ անում Ֆրանսիային, նրա կառավարությանն ու արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը` միջամտելու և ճնշում գործադրելու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության վրա` հորդորելով դադարեցնել այս անընդունելի արարքները: Սա պետք է շատ շտապ արվի: Երբ ես տեսնում եմ, որ որոշ ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականներ աջակցում են Ադրբեջանին, ես դա անընդունելի եմ համարում»,- եզրափակեց նա:
Ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակոցներից Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան համայնքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին զոհվել է 2 քաղաքացիական անձ, 2-ը` վիրավորվել: Զոհված քաղաքացիներն են` 1974 թվականին ծնված Սոնա Ռևազյանը և 1921-ին ծնված Շուշան Ասատրյանը: Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Տավուշի մեկ այլ սահմանամերձ Պառավաքար համայնքում հակառակորդի կրակոցից զոհվել է 83-ամյա Պայծառ Աղաջանյանը:
Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին` ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում, ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից թուրքական արտադրության TR-107 կայանքներից հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման է ենթարկվել ՊԲ-ի հյուսիս-արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասը, որի արդյունքում բեկորային մահացու վիրավորում են ստացել ՊԲ զինծառայողներ Նորայր Միքայելի Խաչատրյանը (ծնված 1995թ.), Ռոբերտ Սուրենի Մկրտչյանը (ծնված 1995թ.), Հարութ Մաքսիմի Հակոբյանը (ծնված 1997թ.) և Կարեն Գևորգի Շահինյանը (ծնված 1997թ.):
