Քննություն է տարվում պարզելու հայր և որդի Ալամյանների մահվան հանգամանքները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու հայր և որդի Ալամյանների մահվան հանգամանքները։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, փետրվարի 9-ին «Ծաղկահովիտ&ra quo; Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Հնաբերդ գյուղում կախվելու միջոցով ինքնասպանություն է գործել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, 1983 թվականին ծնված Դերենիկ Մեսրոպի Ալամյանը:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ դատաբժշկի և փորձագետի հետ միասին։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Դ.Ալամյանն ինքնասպանություն է գործել իրենց տանը կից շինության առաստաղի մետաղյա խողովակից հակի թելով կախվելու միջոցով: Նրա դին հայտնաբերել է մորեղբայրը՝ փետրվարի 9-ին՝ ժամը 7-ի սահմաններում։ Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի (ինքնասպանության հասցնելը) հատկանիշներով։
Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ դեպքից մեկ օր առաջ՝ փետրվարի 8-ին, մահացած է հայտնաբերվել նաև երիտասարդի հայը՝ 1957 թվականին ծնված Մեսրոպ Ալամյանը։ Կանչով Հնաբերդ մեկնած «Ծաղկահովիտի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի շտապբուժօգնության խումբը հայտնաբերել է Մեսրոպ Ալամյանին՝ մահացած:
Ոստիկանության բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից դեպքի վայրի զննության ժամանակ որդին՝ Դերենիկ Ալամյանը, հայտարարել է, որ հայրը հանկարծամահ է եղել իր ներկայությամբ՝ ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում՝ տան մուտքի դռան դիմաց: Մինչդեռ փետրվարի 9-ին ստացված մահվան վկայականի համաձայն՝ «մահվան հիմնական պատճառ է հանդիսացել պարանոցի օրգանների սեղմումը օղով՝ սեփական մարմնի ծանրության ազդեցության ներքո, իսկ անմիջականորեն մահվանը հանգեցրել է ստրանգուլյացիոն մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունը»:
Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազությունը ոստիկանությունից ստացծ նյութերի հիման վրա հարուցել է քրեական գործ՝ Մեսրոպ Ալամյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և քրեական գործն ուղարկել Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
Երկու քրեական գործերով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ հայր և որդի Ալամյանների մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
