ԱԻ նախարարն ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին. ևս 18 համայնք կունենա ազդարարման նոր համակարգ

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը փետրվարի 10-ին ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման ծրագրերի համակարգող Արմեն Չիլինգարյանին, ՄԱԶԾ կայուն աճի ու զարգացման բաժնի ղեկավար Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանին, ինչպես նաև՝ ՄԱԿ փախստականների հարցերով գլխավոր հանձնակատարի ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստոֆ Բիրվիրթին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՄԱԿ-ի կառույցների հետ համատեղ իրականացվող ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնումն ու խորացումը: Քննարկվել են թունաքիմիկատների ոչնչացման, Հայաստանում աղետների ռիսկերի կառավարման կարողությունների զարգացման, համայնքային մակարդակում սեյսմիկ ռիսկի գնահատման և մոդելավորման, ԱՌՆ և ԱԻ արագ արձագանքման պլանների մշակումն ու մի շարք այլ ծրագրեր: Նախարար Մոնոյանը հատկապես կարևորել է հանրապետության չորս քաղաքներում և երկու մարզային կենտրոններում ազդարարման համակարգի տեղադրումը:

ՄԱԶԾ ներկայացուցիչները գոհունակություն հայտնեցին ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանի հետ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածության կապակցությամբ. մարզպետարանը ֆինանսական աջակցություն կցուցաբերի ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի թվով 14 սահմանամերձ համայնքներում ազդարարման համակարգերի թվով 22 վերջակետային սարքավորումների տեղադրման գործընթացում: Նմանատիպ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել նաև Լոռու մարզպետ Ա. Նալբանդյանի հետ՝ մարզում Մեծավան համայնքի տարածքում գնտվող  ջրամբարի շրջակայքում՝ Ձյունշուղ, Տաշիր, Միխայլովկա և Սարատովկա ջրածածկման տիրույթում ընկնող համայնքներում ներդնելու ազդարարման համակարգերի թվով 8 վերջակետային սարքավորումներ:

Նախարար Տոնոյանը հատուկ ուշադրություն հրավիրեց սելաֆատարերի խնդրին՝ նշելով, որ դրանք հարկավոր է ուսումնասիրել՝ բարելավման հրատապ ծրագրեր մշակելու նպատակով: Քննարկվեց նաև հակակարկտային համակարգի բարելավման խնդիրը:

ՄԱԿ փախստականների հարցերով գլխավոր հանձնակատարի ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստոֆ Բիրվիրթը ԱԻ նախարարին ներկայացրեց իր ոլորտում միջազգային աջակցության հնարավորությունները:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերի միջև պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց համագործակցության ոլորտների ընդլայնման հարցում:
