Մեր հյուրն է «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» անդամ Ալեք Ենիգոմշյանը:

– Մի քանի օր առաջ տեղեկություն եղավ, որ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի բանտային պայմանները խստացվել են: Իրականում ի՞նչ է եղել:

– Շատ պարզ է: Այս վարչախմբի վերին օղակների խնդիրը Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին հնարավորինս մեկուսացնելն է: Երկրորդը, ընդհանրապես տղաների, հատկապես Սեֆիլյանի նկատմամբ ցանկանում են ավելացնել հոգեբանական ճնշումը, ինչը անհեթեթություն է: Իսկ պատճառն այն է, որ չնայած Սեֆիլյանն ու տղաներն այսօր կալանավորված են, բայց փաստացի շարունակում են իրենց քաղաքական, գաղափարական գործունեությունը, իրենց խոսքը պարբերաբար հասցնում են ժողովրդին: Եվ դա անում են մեծ հաջողությամբ: Խոսքս հիմնավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ նրանց ցանկացած հայտարարություն, ուղերձ, հոդված տպագրվում է հատկապես էլեկտրոնային մամուլում և շատ մեծ արձագանք է ստանում: Դա չափից ավելի նյարդայնացնում է այս վարչախմբին: Եվ նրանք փորձում են տղաների մեկուսացումն առավելագույնի հասցնել, որպեսզի այդ երևույթը վերանա: Բայց ինչպես մինչև տղաների ազատազրկումը և դրանից առաջ չեն կարողացել հասնել իրենց նպատակին, այնպես էլ այսուհետև չեն հասնելու:

– Բայց Արդարադատության նախարարության ՔՎԿ հանրային կապերի բաժինը պաշտոնապես հերքեց տեղեկությունը, որ Սեֆիլյանի բանտախուցը խուզարկվել է:

– Այդ հերքումը ծիծաղելի բովանդակություն ունի: Ասվում է, որ խուզարկություններ չեն արվել, բայց նաև ասվում է, որ իրենց իրավասությունների մեջ է մտնում խուզարկություն անելը: Եթե չեն խուզարկել, այդ դեպքում ո՞րն է հայտարարության երկրորդ մասի փիլիսոփայական մտքի հանճարը: Ստացվում է, ասում են` չենք արել, բայց լավ ենք արել, որ արել ենք:

– Չե՞ք կարծում, որ սա ընտրություններից առաջ վիճակը վերահսկելի պահելուն ուղղված ևս մեկ քայլ է, քանի որ արդեն խոսվում է այն մասին, որ կարող են լինել հետընտրական լուրջ սրացումներ:

– Այսօր կա կեղծ ընտրությունների գործընթաց, ինչի նպատակը այս վարչախմբի վերարտադրությունն ապահովելն է: Ամեն ինչ մտնում է այդ տրամաբանության մեջ: Այո, հետընտրական պրոցեսները խիստ հավանական են: Եվ նրանք ցույց են տալիս իրենց ջղաձգությունը, քանի որ տեսնում են` վերարտադրությունը հեշտ չի տրվելու: Համակարգը հոգեբանորեն տապալված է: Մի քիչ շուտ, մի քիչ ուշ, բայց դրա հետևանքը կերևա:
