Սփյուռքի ներգրավվածությունը ՀՀ տնտեսական անցուդարձին պետք է ավելանա

Միքայել գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայերի ընդհանուր քանակը ամբողջ աշխարհում նվազագույնը կազմում է 10-12 միլիոն մարդ, որից մոտ 8-9 միլիոնը կազմում է Հայկական սփյուռքը: Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն և Ֆրանսիան այն երեք երկրներն են, որտեղ ապրում են միլիոնավոր հայեր: Այդ երկրներում մենք ունենք խոշոր հայկական համայնքներ: Դրսում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցների գործունեության շրջանկաները տարատեսակ են՝ գործարարություն, բժկություն, արվեստ, գիտություն և այլն: Հայերի մեծամասնությունը անկախ ծավալած գործունեությունից՝ բավականին հաջողակ են լինում իրենց ոլորտներում: Բոլորիս հայտնի է, որ աշխարհում կան բազմաթիվ հայեր՝ այդ թվում գործարարներ, որոնք ունենք մեծ հնարավորություններ և սփյուռքի հետ համագործակցությունը խորացնելով, միասնական ջանքերով, հնարավոր է Հայաստան ներգրավել խոշոր ներդրումներ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացման տարբեր ոլորտներում սփյուռքի ներուժի առավել արդյունավետ ներգրավման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել ՀՀ նախարարությունների և գերատեսչությունների համատեղ գործունեությունը:
Այսօր տեղի ունեցած ՀՀ կառավարության հերթական նիստի ընթացքում գործադիրի ղեկավարը համապատասխան հանձնարարական է տվել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին՝ գործադիր բոլոր մարմինների ղեկավարների հետ համատեղ 1-ամսյա ժամկետում մշակել ծրագիր սփյուռքի հայտնի մասնագետների, կառավարիչների և նրանց կազմակերպությունների հետ երկկողմանի համագործակցությունը խորացնելու վերաբերյալ:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների ու սփյուռքի նախարարներին էլ կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է 1-շաբաթյա ժամկետում ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության միջոցով հայազգի գործարարներին փոխանցել առկա ներդրումային ծրագրերը՝ դրանք սփյուռքի գործարարներին տրամադրելու համար, ինչպես նաև տեղեկացնել սփյուռքի գործարարներին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության բոլոր հարթակների մասին և պահպանել այդ կապը մշտապես:
Ներդրումային փաթեթը, վստահ եմ՝ մեծ հետաքրքրություն կառաջացնի արտասահմանում տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալող մեր հայրենակիցների մոտ, քանի որ այն աննախադեպ է: Պետք է օր առաջ խորացնել համագործակցությունը Սփյուռքի հետ բոլոր հնարավոր ոլորտներում, և միասնական ջանքերով էլ ավելի զարգացնել մեր պետությունը:
