Ամփոփելով Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի՝ Ադրբեջան արտահանձման հետ կապված միջադեպը, արձանագրենք, որ այս փուլում հայկական կողմն ու Արցախը կարծես թե սովորական դարձած ադեկվատ ու սթափ գնահատականների հարցում սխալվեցին, ու դրան մեծապես նպաստեց մեր հասարակությունը։ Ավելի ճիշտ` այն վայնասունը, որ բարձրացվեց այս հարցի վերաբերյալ այն դեպքում, երբ հարցի շահառուների շարքում Հայաստանը իրականում ամենավերջին կողմն էր։ Բելառուսը, Ադրբեջանը, Ռուսաստանն ու Իսրայելը շահագրգիռ կողմն էին, որովհետև, փաստացի, Բելառուսը այս քայլով Ռուսաստանի դեմ դեմարշ կազմակերպեց։ Եթե նայենք, սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Բելառուսը Ռուսաստանի դեմ ինչ-որ քաղաքական արշավ է սկսում։ Սակայն նաև դրանով կորզում է հստակ դիվիդենտներ։ Իսկ հիմա Ռուսաստանը հայտնվում է չափազանց ծանր իրավիճակում, ու դատելով ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունից, որում ասվում է, որ հիասթափված են Բելառուսից նման որոշման համար։ Հավանաբար առաջիկայում ռուսները քայլեր կձեռնարկեն այս ուղղությամբ։ Ինչ մնում է մեզ, փաստացի, հայկական գործոնը հաշվի առնելով՝ տարածաշրջանում բազում շահեր դեռևս մնում են չլուծված։ Սակայն այս պարագայում մենք ոչ թե պիտի լինենք հերթական զոհաբերվողի, այլ կոնկրետ այս երևույթից ինչ-որ բան քաղելու կողմնակիցը։ Իսկ ի՞նչ կարող ենք մենք անել այժմ։ Խզելով հարաբերությունները Բելառուսի հետ՝ մենք ռիսկի ենք գնում առանց այն էլ լարված հարաբերությունները ռիսկ տալ դնելով։ Չի կարելի հերթական անգամ կոտորվածի ու զոհ գնացածի կերպարի տակ մտնել, որովհետև կոնկերտ այս հարցը չի ծագել բուն Հայաստանի հետ։ Շղթայական ռեակցիայով այն տարածվում է նաև մյուս երկրների վրա ու այդ երկրները՝ Ռուսաստանը, Իսրայելը հեչ չէին ցանկանա առանց այն էլ առկա խնդիրներին նման խնդիր ավելացնել։ Այն էլ՝ այն դեպքում, երբ հասցեատերը իրենք չեն։ Մի խոսքով՝ թե՛ հիմա, թե՛ հետո շատ ուշադիր պիտի լինել այս հարցում, մանավանդ դիվանագիտական ֆրոնտում, ու Ադրբեջանի ջրաղացին այս պահին ջուր լցնելու անհրաժեշտություն բացարձակապես չկա։
