Երբ վիճում եք ամուսնու հետ, Դուք իրեն բոյկոտ եք հայտարարում և մտածում եք, որ նա տանջվում և անհանգստանում է։ Բայց իրականությունը այդքան էլ այդպես չէ:Դուք կարող եք նկատել, որ Ձեր ամուսինը առանց մտածելու հավաքվում և գնում է ձկնորսության իր ընկերների հետ,խնդրում է արդուկել իր վերնաշապիկը: Նա մոռացել է Ձեր վեճի մասին: Հարցը նրանում չէ,որ Ձեր ամուսինը վատն է,այլ այն բանի մեջ է, որ մեզ թվում է,որ շրջապատի մարդիկ պետք է նույն հույզերը ունենան ինչ մենք:

Օրը լավ է անցել, Դուք հասցրել եք կատարել ամբողջ աշխատանքը,հասել եք տուն առանց խցանումների, համեղ բաներ եք գնել, խոսել եք ընկերուհու հետ,իսկ սուպերմարկետից դուրս գալիս կորտում եք կոշիկը: Իսկ տանը երբ ամուսինը Ձեզ հարցնում է, թե ինչպես է անցել Ձեր օրը, Դուք ասում եք, որ շատ վատ:

Մեր ուղեղը ավելի լավ է աշխատում բացասական հույզերի վրա, քան դրական։ Այս ամենը հնուց է գալիս, քանի որ վատ իրավիճակները սպառնում էին մեր նախնիների կյանքին։

Խորհուրդ։ Նկատե՞լ եք, որ բացասական լուրերին ավելի սուր արձագանք եք տալի քան պոզիտիվներին: Հարցրեք Ձեզ թե ինչպես եք վերաբերվում բացասական իրողություններին և ինչ հետևաքներ կարող են դրանք ունենալ Ձեզ համար:

Սեփական սխալի ընդունումը ամենադժվար բանն է, համարենք, որ Դուք գնել եք ուղեգիր դեպի ծովափ, և պարզվել է, որ երեք անգամ ավելի շատ եք վճարել, քան պետք էր։ Դուք ինչ որ դրական կողմեր կսկսեք գտնել, որովհետև պետք է արդարանք Ձեր իսկ առջև։
