Լապշինի գործում Հայաստանն ամենաթույլ օղակն է. «Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Լապշինի գործում խաչվում են միանգամից հինգ պետության, մեկ տնտեսական և մեկ ռազմական միություն, մեկ չճանաչված հանրապետություն, մեկ տարածքային հակամարտություն։ Լապշինը միաժամանակ Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Է, նրա ձերբակալությունը տեղի Է ունեցել Բելառուսում Ադրբեջանի խնդրանքով ընդդեմ Հայաստանի։ Լապշինի ձերբակալումն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում է ԼՂ հակամարտությանը, դրա արդյունքում առաջ Է եկել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում ՀՀ-Բելառուս, ՌԴ– Բելառուս համագործակցության արդյունավետության հարցը, ՀԱՊԿ-ում ՀՀ և Բելառուսի դաշնակցության խնդիրը։ Նրա ձերբակալումն ու արտահանձնումը մեծապես կապ ունեն Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի միջև ներկայում գոյություն ունեցող չհայտարարված հակամարտության հետ, ինչպես նաև այս տարածաշրջանում Իսրայելի հետապնդած որոշակի նպատակների և այդ հարցում Ադրբեջան-Իսրայել սերտ համագործակցության հետևանք է:
Աշխարհում ամեն օր տասնյակ մարդիկ խեղումների և հետապնդումների են ենթարկվում խոսքի ազատության կամ ազատ տեղաշարժի իրենց հիմնարար իրավունքներն իրացնելու պատճառով, բայց միայն եզակիներին է բախտ վիճակվում հայտնվել միջազգային մակարդակի խնդիրների և հարաբերությունների նման փաթեթի կենտրոնում։
Որքան էլ ցավալի է, Հայաստանն այս փաթեթի ամենաթույլ օղակն է։ Լապշինի հետ տեղի ունեցածը մեծ բան չէ վերոնշյալ երկրներից որևէ մեկի համար, ավելի շուտ քաղաքական առուծախի և պայմանավորվածությունների առարկա է: Մինչդեռ Հայաստանի համար դա մեծ հարված Է, որ ընդգրկում Է ինչպես քարոզչական, այնպես Էլ դիվանագիտական պարտություն, անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչպիսին են սույն գործի իրավական հանգամանքները։ Երեկ ամբողջ աշխարհով լուրը շրջանառվում Էր հետևյալ մեկնաբանությամբ՝ հայտնի բլոգերն Ադրբեջանի պահանջով ձերբակալվել Է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ այցելելու համար։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն, Արցախի պետական կառույցները երեկ պնդում էին որ Լապշինի գործը հակադարձ նախադեպն է դառնալու։ Այսինքն ի հեճուկս սպասվածի, ամբողջ աշխարհից մեծ հոսք է սկսվելու դեպի Արցախ՝ քաղաքական գործիչներ, արվեստի մարդիկ և այլն: Նման վստահ հայտարարությունների համար պետք է նախ սեփական ուժերի նկատմամբ վստահություն ունենալ։ Այսինքն համոզված լինել, որ դա միայն հայտարարություն չի մնա, այլ հետևողականորեն կյանքի կկոչվի։ Ցավոք, լավատեսության հիմքեր չկան: Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո նույնպես այդպիսի նպատակ դրվել էր, սակայն մեծ անցուդարձի այդպես էլ ականատես չեղանք»,–գրում է թերթը։
