Էլմար Մամեդյարովը ՌԴ դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է Լապշինի հարցը

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովը «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»–ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է Մինսկից Ադրբեջան արտահանձնված Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործը։ Ակնկալվում է, որ հյուպատոսը փետրվարի 9-10–ը կայցելի մեղադրյալին։
«Մենք Ռուսաստանի եւ Իսրայելի դեսպանատներից նոտա ենք ստացել այց հարցով։ Բառացիորեն վաղը–մյուս օրը ՌԴ հյուպատոսը կհանդիպի Լապշինի հետ՝ համաձայն Վիեննայի կոնվենցիայի։ Դեսպանատունը նրա հետ շփվելու հասանելիություն կունենա։ Մենք այսօր կլուծենք զուտ տեխնիկական դետալները։ Ես արդեն հանդիպել եմ Ռուսաստանի դեսպանի հետ, հարցը քննարկվել է։ Խոչընդոտներ չեմ տեսնում»,– ասել է Մամեդյարովը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Լապշինի հետագա ճակատագրի հարցը կախված կլինի հետաքննության ավարտից։ «Նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել Ադրբեջանի ՔՕ մի անի հոդվածով։ Վերջնական վճիռը դատարանի որոշումն է»,– ընդգծել է նա։
«Ինձ զարմացնում է եւ վրդովում այս հարցի չափից շատ քաղաքականացումը։ Ամբողջ ժամանակ նրան բլոգեր են անվանում։ Իսկ եթե ինժեներ լիներ, նրանով չէի՞ն հետաքրքրվի։ Նա խախտել է օրենքները եւ համապատասխան իրավաբանական հիմնավորմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել»,– ասել է նա։
