Սեդրակ Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բելառուսի դեսպանին հետ ուղարկել, մեր դեսպանին հետ կանչել գտնում եմ սխալ։ «Ես ձեզ հետ էլ չեմ խոսում» քաղաքականությունը սխալ մարտավարություն է։

Ո՞վ շահեց Հունգարիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կասեցումից անցած անգամ։ Ոչ ոք։ Ինչու՞ էր դա պետք անել։ Որ Հունգարիան վախենա նման բան անել հետագայու՞մ։ Է առիթ էլ չկա, առանց էտ էլ չի անելու։ Իսկ մենք այսօր Եվրոպայի սրտում գտնվող պետություններից մեկի հետ հարաբերություններ չունենք։ կասեցնել է պետք, որ այլ երկրները վախենա՞ն։ Չի վախենա։ Բելառուսը մեզ օրինակ։

Պետք է հասնել մեր ցանկացած արդյունքներին շփվելով, բանակցելով, պայմաններ դնելով, շահավետ արդյունքներ հասնելով, այլ ոչ գլուխը ավազի մեջ մտցնելով։ Եթե երկու այլ երկիր իրար հետ եկել են եզրահանգման մեր շահերի հաշվին, ուրեմն մեր չի հաջողվել այդ ամենը։ Մեր մեղքով՞։ Տվյալ դեպքում չեմ կարծում։ Բելառուս-Ադրբեջան-Ռուսաստան-Իսրայել խաղում մենք բացի բարոյական առգումենտներից բացի այլ արգումենտ չունենք։

Ու մեկ այլ նկատառում։ Բելառուսը Ռուսաստանի հետ վատացրել է հարաբերությունները ու անկախ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ դեմ լինելու արտահանձնում է Լապշինին։ Բայց Իսրայելը Ադրբեջանի հետ վատթարացնելու ցանկություն չունի։ Ու ամենայն հավանականությամբ շատ շուտով Լապշինը կտեղափոխվի Իսրայել, որտեղ նրան ազատ կարձակեն։

Մեր անելիքները. 
1. Լապշինի դեպքը նախադեպ չի կարող լինել։ Այն պետք է օգտագործենք Ադրբեջանի դեմ, միջազգային հարթակներում հարցը բարձրացնել, բանաձևեր մի գուցե ներկայացնելով Ադրբեջանի դեմ։
2. Ազատ արձակվելուց հետո Լապշինի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատում ու նրան Ադրբեջանի բռնապետության զոհի կենդանի օրինակ դարձնելու քայլերի մշակում։
