Շատ հաճախ մենք ընկերություն եւ մտերմություն ենք անում մարդկանց հետ, ովքեր այնքան էլ դրականորեն չեն ազդում մեր կյանքի վրա։ Ուստի, հարկավոր է ասել «ոչ» այդ տեսակ հարաբերություններին։ Պետք չէ կառչել այն ընկերներից, ովքեր ոչ մի դրական փոփոխություն չեն բերում ձեր կյանք, եւ դուք ստիպված եք նրանց հետ ընկերություն անել, քանի որ կապվածություն եք զգում։

Այսպիսով՝

1. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե գիտեք, որ նա ձեզ պետք չէ

Կյանքի ընթացքում բոլորն էլ փոխվում են, եւ դա նորմալ է։ Մենք հանկարծ կարող ենք հասկանալ, որ մեր եւ մեր ընկերների հայացքները, ճաշակը, հետաքրքրություններն ու մտածելակերպը բավականին տարբեր են։ Այս պարագայում պետք է հրաժարվել այս տեսակ հարաբերություններից։

2. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե ձեր միջեւ չկա փոխադարձ վստահություն եւ հարգանք

Եթե ձեր հոգու խորքում գիտակցում եք, որ չեք կարող վստահել տվյալ անձնավորությանը, քանի որ նա ամեն վայրկյան պատրաստ է ձեզ դավաճանել, ուրեմն նա ընդհանարապես տեղ չունի ձեր կյանքում։ Ցանկացած հարաբերությունների հիմքում հարգանքն ու փոխադարձ վստահությունն է։ Եթե դրանք չկան, ուրեմն հարաբերությունները անիմաստ են։

3. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե չեք հասկանում նրա վերաբերմունքը ձեր նկատմամբ

Եթե հարաբերություններում կամ ընկերներ միջեւ չկան հստակ սահմաններ, ուստի չի կարելի այդ հարաբերությունները հաճելի եւ արդյունավետ համարել. թեկուզ միայն այն բանի համար, որ դուք մշտապես գուշակում եք, թե որն է ձեր դերը նրա կյանքում, արդյոք դուք ինչ-որ արժեք եւ կարեւորություն ունեք նրա համար, թե ոչ։ Հիշեք, պետք է ընկերություն անել նրանց հետ, ովքեր չեն խաղում ձեր զգացմունքների հետ, եւ դուք ցանկանում եք վայելել նրանց ներկայությունը ձեր կողքին։  

4. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե ձեր շփումը վատ ազդեցություն է ունենում ձեզ վրա

Եթե հարաբերությունների արդյունքում ինչ-որ մեկը դժբախտ է, կամ դուք խղճում ինքն իրեն, ուրեմն ավելի լավ է մոռանալ այդ մարդուն։ Պետք չէ մշտապես տագնապի մեջ ապրել։ Հարկավոր է ավելի հանգիստ եւ թեթեւ կյանք վարել։

5. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե չեք կարողանում միմյանց հասկանալ

Դժվար է պահպանել այն հարաբերությունները, երբ դուք դիմացինի հետ մշտապես վիճում եք։ Եթե միակ բանը, որին երկուսդ էլ համաձայնում եք, այն է, որ դուք այլեւս չեք կարողանում հասկանալ իրար, ուրեմն բաժանման ժամանակն է։

6. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե ձեր հարաբերությունները միայն դուք եք փորձում պահպանել

Եթե կարծում եք, որ ձեր ընկերությունը պահպանելու գործը միայն ձեր պատասխանատվության տակ է, եւ միայն դուք եք ժամանակ տրամադրում եւ աջակցություն ցուցաբերում դիմացինին,  ուրեմն ձեր հարաբերությունները խզելը միակ ճիշտ լուծումն է տվյալ իրավիճակում։

7. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե նա կոտրում է ձեր թեւերը

Եթե հասկանում եք, որ ձեր հարաբերությունները չեն ոգեշնչում, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ թուլացնում եւ կամազուրկ են դարձնում ձեզ, ուրեմն հարկավոր է մոռանալ նրա մասին։ Ձեր կողքին հարկավոր են մարդիկ, ովքեր ոգեշնչում եւ գոտեպնդում են ձեզ այս կամ այն հարցում։

8. Մոռացեք նրան, եթե հարաբերություններից չեք ստանում այն, ինչ ցանկանում եք եւ ինչի կարիքը զգում եք

Տվեք ձեզ հետեւյալ հարցերը. «կարո՞ղ էինք առանց այդ հարաբերությունների ապրել», «նա տալի՞ս է ձեզայն, ինչի կարիքը դուք ունեք»։ Ո՞չ։ ուրեմն մոռացեք նրան։
