 ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրներից պետք է պահանջել համարժեք արձագանք Արդբեջանի գործողություններին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի և քաղաքական հարցերի գրասենյակի պատասխանատու Կիրո Մանոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով փետրվարի 7-ին և լույս 8-ի գիշերը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի հրահրած լարված ության աճին:

«Ամեն անգամ, երբ նշվում է, որ սպասվում է Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների կամ նախագահների հանդիպում, Ադրբեջանը նման քայլերի է դիմում: Ինչպես գիտեք, խոսվում է արտգործնախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպման մասին: Այստեղ պետք է պահանջել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում համանախագահող երկրներից համարժեք, հստակ, անվանական, արձագանք` ուղղված Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին: Միջնորդները սովորաբար հավասարության նշան են դնում, որ կողմնակալ չերևան, սակայն կան դեպքեր, որ իրերը պետք է իրենց անունով կոչել»,-ասաց Կիրո Մանոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, ընթացիկ տարում ղարաբաղյան հարցի հետ կապված առանձնապես դժվար է որևէ բան ակնկալել: Նախ` Հայաստանի համար տարին ընտրական է, երկրորդ` դրան խոչընդոտում է Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական պահվածքը:

Փետրվարի 7-ին և լույս 8-ի գիշերը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում արձանագրվել է լարվածության աճ: Հակառակորդը 85մմ-ոց Դ-44 հրանոթներից, 60 և 82 միլիմետրանոց ականանետերից ու հրաձգային զինատեսակներից հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը խախտել է շուրջ 80 անգամ, որի ընթացքում հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ արձակել է ավելի քան 850 կրակոց: Առավել ինտենսիվ խախտումներ են արձանագրվել առաջնային գծի արևելյան և հյուսիսարևելյան ուղղություններում: Նշված հատվածում ադրբեջանական զինուժը Դ-44 հրանոթներից ու ականանետերից ընդհանուր առմամբ արձակել Õ § 47 արկ, որից 22-ը հրանոթներից, 25-ը ականանետերից: ՊԲ առաջապահ զորամասերը հակառակորդի նախահարձակ ակտիվությունը ճնշելու համար դիմել պատասխան գործողությունների և շարունակել վստահորեն իրականացնել իրենց առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրը:
