Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի կինը` Եկատերինան, հայտնել է, որ ապշած է Բելառուսի կողմից իր ամուսնուն Ադրբեջան արտաքսելու դեպքի առնչությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին նա գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
«Քանի դեռ ընթանում էր դատական նիստը, ստացվում է, որ նրան նստեցնում էին ինքնաթիռ: Ինձ քիչ առաջ զանգահարեցին Իսրայելի հյուպատոսարանից: Այո, դա ճիշտ է, նա Բաքվում է: Թեպետ նամակ էր ուղարկվել հավելյալ պաշտպանության համար, դիմում էր ներկայացվել ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողով: Ոչ բարեկամները, ոչ փաստաբանները, ոչ դեսպանությունը` ոչ ոք տեղեկացված չէր, թե իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունենում»,- նշել է Լապշինի կինը:
Նա հատուկ ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, թե անվտանգության ինչպիսի խստացված միջոցներով են իր ամուսնուն տեղափոխել Բաքու: «Տեսեք, թե անվտանգության քանի աշխատակից կա: Բեն Լադենին այլ կերպ չէին տանում: Թեպետ, իհարկե, ճանապարհորդն ավելի վտանգավոր է»,- ընդգծել է Եկատերինան:
Հաշվի առնելով առաջիկայում հնարավոր բոլոր սադրանքները` նա հորդորել է բոլորին զերծ մնալ կտրուկ գործողություններից և արտահայտություններից, քանի դեռ իրենք հստակ չգիտեն, թե ինչպես է Ալեքսանդր Լապշինն այնտեղ և թե ինչ է նրա հետ կատարվում:
Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել է Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի բողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվի Ադրբեջան:
Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել է Մինսկից Բաքու ` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ:
Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում:
