Ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրությամբ զբաղվողները պետք է մինչև փետրվարի 20-ը հարկման դաշտի ընտրության վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն ներկայացնեն

«Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» և «Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների համաձայն, ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրությամբ սուբյեկտները և շրջանառության հարկ վճարողներն (ՀՀ-ում ռեզիդենտ համարվող առևտրային կազմակերպությունները, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը և նոտարները) իրենց ընտրած հարկման դաշտի վերաբերյալ, յուրաքանչյուր տարվա հունվարի 1-ից մինչև փետրվարի 20-ը, հաշվառման վայրի հարկային մարմին պետք է հայտարարություն ներկայացնեն: Իսկ նոր ստեղծված ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատերերն ու շրջանառության հարկ վճարողներն, ըստ ՊԵԿ վարչարարության մեթոդաբանության, ընթացակարգերի և սպասարկման վարչության պետ Արման Պողոսյանի, հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում են պետական գրանցումից հետո 20-օրյա ժամկետում: Ընդ որում, ընտանեկան բիզնեսով զբաղվողները, հայտարարությունից բացի, պետք է ներկայացնեն նաև ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրությունում ներգրավված անձանց` ընտանիքի անդամ լինելը հիմնավորող համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր: Այս մասին Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտ համարվելու և շրջանառության հարկ վճարելու վերաբերյալ հարկային մարմին համապատասխան հայտարարություն չներկայացնելու դեպքում հարկ վճարողներն ինքնաբերաբար տեղափոխվում են ավելացված արժեքի հարկման դաշտ, իսկ հարկային պարտավորությունները հաշվարկվում են օրենքով սահմանված ընդհանուր կարգով»,-նշել է Արման Պողոսյանը:
Հարկման դաշտի ընտրողականության համակարգը գործում է 2015 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: «Ընթացակարգը շատ պարզ է և գործնականում հեշտ կիրառելի. նախորդ երկու տարիների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ, ի տարբերություն մինչ այդ կիրառվող ընթացակարգերի, հարկ վճարողները նախընտրելի հարկային համակարգն ընտրելիս գրեթե սխալներ չեն կատարում: Այդուհանդերձ, ՊԵԿ նախագահի հանձնարարականով, տարեսկզբից հարկային տեսչություններում իրազեկման միջոցառումներ են մեկնարկել»: 2016 թվականի տվյալներով գործում է 50 500 շրջանառության հարկ վճարող և շուրջ 1350 ընտանեկան ձեռնարկ ատիրության սուբյեկտ: Արման Պողոսյանի խոսքով՝ նրանց հիմնական մասն արդեն իսկ ընտրել է հարկման դաշտը. հայտարությունն, ընդ որում, ներկայացվում է թղթային և էլեկտրոնային եղանակով:
