ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերից 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գյուղերի 3 բնակչի սպանության, 4-ի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, գույքի դիտավորյալ ոչնչացման դեպքերի առթիվ։ 7 տուժածներից 5-ը կանայք են, որոնցից 3-ն սպանվել են։

2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 16-ի սահմաններում, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերից ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով կրակոցներ են արձակվել Տավուշի մարզի Պառավաքար գյուղի բնակչուհի, 1932թ. ծնված Պայծառ Վանեսի Աղաջանյանի առանձնատան ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով վերջինս տան բակում  ստացել է  հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածք և մահացել:
2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ից 18:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, շ ատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության մարտական հենակետերից, տարբեր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից կրակոցներ են արձակվել Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան գյուղի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով արկի բեկորներից մահացու վնասվածքներ են ստացել և սպանվել Բերդավան գյուղի բնակիչ, 2 երեխաների մայր, 41-ամյա Սոնյա Վարդանի Ռևազյանը՝ իրենց անասնագոմի մոտ, և  1921 թ. ծնված Շուշան Սերգոյի Ասատրյանը՝ իր վագոն տնակում։ Արկի բեկորներից վնասվածքներ են ստացել նաև  վերջինիս աղջիկը՝ 1953թ. ծնված Արփիկ Արտաշի Մարալչյա նը, ով գտնվել է տնակի մոտ, նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, 1971թ. ծնված Արմեն Հայկազի Հախվերդյանը՝ գյուղի ավտոկանգառի մոտ։
Ժամը 17։30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերից տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից կրակ է արձակվել նաև Տավուշի մարզի Այգեհովիտ գյուղի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով բեկորային վնասվածքներ են ստացել իրենց տան բակում գտնվող երկու բնակիչ՝ 1931թ. ծնված Գուրգեն Իվանի Սիմոնյանը և 1970 թվականի ծնված Նունե Ռաֆիկի Շահնազարյանը։

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության 
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ և 13-րդ, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ և 13-րդ կետերի, 185-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։ Կատարվում է քննություն, նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Դեպքերի վայրերում նույն օրն անհապաղ զննություն իրականացնել հնարավոր չի եղել, քանի որ հակառակորդը շարունակել  է կրակել տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից։
