ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Քննարկվել են կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

Կարեն Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մինչ օրս կատարված քայլերը, մասնավորապես, օրենսդրական բարեփոխումները և ընդունված որոշումները, Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի շրջանակում իրականացված աշխատանքները: Անդրադառնալով առաջիկա անելիքներին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ ներկայում մշակվել է օրենսդրական նոր փաթեթ, որի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի հիման վրա հակակոռուպցիոն անկախ կանխարգելիչ մարմնի ստեղծում: Այդ փաթեթով ամբողջովին վերանայվել են գործող հայտարարա գրման և շահերի բախման համակարգերը: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների քննության որակի կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ: Ներկայում Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի քննարկումների հիման վրա մշակվում են մի շարք կարևոր օրենսդրական նախագծեր, որոնք ուղղված են բոլոր ոլորտներում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը:

Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի միջոցառումների արդյունավետությունը և հաջողությունը կախված է նաև հասարակության քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշումից, և կառավարությունն աշխատելու է հանրության հետ հետադարձ կապն ակտիվացնելու ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում նաև՝ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի աշխատանքներին նոր թափ հաղորդելու միջոցով: Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ կառավարությունը բաց է առաջարկությունների համար՝ կարևորելով ԵՄ գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությունը:

Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին ողջունել է ՀՀ կառավարության ջանքերը՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գործում և վարչապետին փոխանցել բիզնես հանրության շնորհակալությունը ոլորտին վերաբերող որոշումների և օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների համար: Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակությունը պատրաստ է շարունակել համագործակցությունը ՀՀ կառավարության հետ՝ վարչապետի նախանշած առաջնահերթությունների և հակակոռուպցիոն բարեփոխումների տրամաբանության շրջանակում:

Վարչապետը և ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարը մտքեր են փոխանակել Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի շրջանակում համատեղ ծրագրերի հնարավորությունների շուրջ:
