 Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական հերթական քառօրյայի երկրորդ նիստը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գրանցվել է 93 պատգամավոր:

Նիստի մեկնարկին նախ քվեարկության են դրվում նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:

Փետրվարի 6-ի նիստում խորհրդարանը քննարկել է «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացում կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ 2016 թվականի մայիսի 17-ի ՀՕ-49-Ն օրենքի 1-ին հոդվածը չեղյալ ճանաչելու մասին» օրենսդրական փաթեթը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Նախարարն անդրադարձել է դատապարտյալների պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատմանը՝ ներկայացնելով օրինագծով առաջարկվող նորամուծությունները: Նա կարեւորել է պատժի կրման ընթացքում դատա պարտյալի պատշաճ վարքագծի դրսեւորման գնահատականը եւ անկախ հանձնաժողովի կազմն ու գործունեությունը:

Այնուհետև ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկման է ներկայացրել «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է հստակեցնել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի օրենսդրական ձեւակերպումը, որը, ըստ հեղինակի, կապահովվի դրա գործնական կիրառությունը եւ արդյունքում կսահմանափակվի վարչական վարույթին վերաբերող գործերը քրեաիրավական հարթություն տեղափոխելու հնարավորությունը:

Խորհրդարանը քննարկել է ՀՀ Վերահսկիչ պալատի 2017 թվականի գործունեության տարեկան ծրագիրը, որը ներկայացրել է պալատի նախագահի տեղակալ Արա Նռանյանը: Նա նշել է, որ ծրագիրը բաղկացած է 8 բաժնից, այն ներառում է վերահսկողության հետեւյալ թեմաները` պետական բյուջեից հատկացված միջոցների օգտագործում, բյուջետային մուտքերի ապահովում եւ պետական սեփականության կառավարում, ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդ, օտարերկրյա պետությունների եւ միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների կողմից ՀՀ կառավարությանը տրամադրված վարկային եւ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի միջոցների օգտագործում, ՀՀ տարածքում ընդերքի օգտագործման տրամադրման օրինականություն եւ ընդերքի օգտագործում, ՀՀ տարածքում գործող սոցիալական ծառայություն տրամադրող տարածքային կենտրոնների կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրեր, ինչպես նաեւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բյուջեի միջոցների ձեւավորում, կառավարում ու տնօրինում, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գույքի ու այլ ակտիվների օգտագործում եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների՝ ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերի գումարների հաշվեգրում եւ բաշխում, դրանք որպես եկամուտ Եվրասիական տնտե սական միության անդամ պետությունների բյուջեներ փոխանցում:

Ժամը 17:00-ին պատգամավորները կգրանցվեն 3 րոպե տևողությամբ հայտարարություններով հանդես գալու համար:
