ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ մի շարք պետությունների քաղաքացիների՝ երկիր մուտքի ժամանակավոր արգելքի մասին հրամանագիրը վերջին հաշվով կկատարվի: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, փետրվարի 6-ին այս հարցում վստահություն Է հայտնել Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղար Շոն Սփայսերը:
«Ականհայտ Է, որ օրենքը նախագահի կողմն Է: Նա օժտված Է լայն լիազորություններով, որպեսզի գործի մեր երկրի լավագույն շահերի օգտին, պաշտպանի մեր քաղաքացիներին: Եվ մենք համոզված ենք, որ այս հարցում մենք կհաղթենք»,- ասել Է նա լրագրողներին, որոնք ուղեկցում Էին Թրամփին Ֆլորիդայի նահանգից Վաշինգտոն նրա վերադառնալու ընթացքում: Ըստ որում Սփայսերն ընդգծել Է, որ Սպիտակ տանը նույնիսկ չեն մտածում հրամանագրի չեղարկման մասին:
Փետրվարի 4-ին հայտնի Է դարձել, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ներքին անվտանգության նախարարությունը կասեցրել Է Թրամփի ներգաղթային հրամանագրի իրականացման բոլոր գործողություններն այն բանից հետո, երբ այն արգելափակել Է Սիեթլի ֆեդերալ դատավորը: ԱՄՆ-ի արդարադատության նախարարությունը փետրվարի 4-ին բողոքարկել Է Սիեթլի դատարանի վճիռը, ավելի ուշ ԱՄՆ-ի իններորդ օկրուգի վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել Է այդ պահանջը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
