Ուկրաինան և Ադրբեջանն ընդլայնում են ռազմական համագործակցությունը

Արտյոմ Բալասանովը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մոտակա ժամանակներս Բաքվում կկայանա ռազմա–տեխնիկական համագործակցության հարցերով ադրբեջանա–ուկրաինական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստը։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանում Ուկրաինայի դեսպան Ալեքսանդր Միշենկոն։
Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայից Բաքու է ժամանելու մեծ պատվիրակություն։

Նա նշել է, որ ռազմա–տեխնիկական համագործակցությունը`հարաբերությունների խորության ինդիկատորներից է։ Ըստ նրա, ռազմա–տեխնիկական համագործակցությունը միշտ էլ կարևոր տեղ է գրավել երկու երկրների հարաբերություններում։

Ուկրաինան ունենալով լուրջ խնդիրներ ՌԴ-ի հետ ցանկանում է գտնել ռուսական գազից ու նավթից կախվածության թուլացման ուղիներ և Ադրբեջանը կարող է դառնալ այն երկրներից մեկը, որը թույլ կտա Կիևին Վրաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի տարածքով դուրս գալ մերձկասպյան էներգակիրներով հարուստ երկրներ՝Ղազախստան, Թուրքմենստան, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի ենթակառուցվածքներն օգտագործել իրանական նավթն ու գազը ստանալու համար: 

Չմոռանանք, որ Ուկրաինան ու Ադրբեջանը միևնույն հակառուսական ուղղվածություն ունեցող ՎՈՒԱՄ կազմակերպության անդամ են: Ուկրաինան փորձելու է Ադրբեջանի տրանսպորտային միջանցքներն օգտագործել իր ապրանքները՝ՌԴ-ը շրջանցելով Կենտրոնական Ասիա ու Չինաստան դուրս բերելու համար:

Նավթի, գազի ու տրանսպորտային համագործակցությունից բացի երկու երկրներին կապում են նաև այսպես կոչված «տարածքային խնդիրները»: Ուկրաինան ունի Ղրիմի ու Դոնբասի հարց, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝Ղարաբաղի:Բաքուն ու Կիև պաշտպանում են միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ՄԱԿ-ում ու այլ միջազգային հարթակներում քվեարկում միմյանց օգտին՝հակահայկական բանաձևեր ընդունելով:

Ադրբեջանն էլ հետաքրքրված է Ուկրաինայով, որպես սպառման մեծ շուկայի, այդ թվում իր նավթի ու գազի համար, որն Ուկրաինա է արտահանվում վրացական սևծովյան նավահանգստյան հզորություններով: SOCAR-ը լայնորեն ներկայացված է ուկրաինական շուկայում իր լցակայաններով, իսկ Ուկրաինայում բնակվում է կես միլիոնի հասնող ադրբեջանական համայնքը: Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ժամանակ ուկրաինացի վարձկանները կռվում էին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շարքերում ընդդեմ Արցախի՝ուկրաինացիները հիմնականում օդաչուներ էին ու դիպուկահարներ:

Ադրբեջանը տարիներ շարունակ տանկեր, ուղղաթիռներ, հրետանային և այլ համակարգեր է գնում Ուկրաինայից, որը դեռևսս պահպանել է խորհրդային ռազմա-արդյունաբերական ներուժը: Ուկրաինայի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջերս կնքվել է Ան ռազմա-տրանսպորտային 10 ինքնաթիռներ ձեռք բերելու պայմանագիրը: Այդ ինքնաթիռները նախատեսված են զորք, զինամթերք տեղափոխելու և դեսանտ իջեցնելու համար:

Արդեն իսկ հասկանալի է, թե այդ զինամթերքներն ու զինատեսակները ում դեմ է օգտագործելու Ադրբեջանը: Ուկրաինա-Ադրբեջան ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը լավ հեռանկարներ ունի, քանի որ ՌԴ-Ուկրաինա կիսապատերազմական իրավիճակում Ադրբեջանը մնալու է Ուկրաինայի պատուհանը դեպի Կասպյան տարածաշրջան ու Կենտրոնական Ասիա, իսկ Ադրբեջանը, որը խիստ կախված է նավթի ու գազի վաճառքից կցանկանա իր էներգակիրները վաճառել ուկրաինական բազմամիլիոնանոց շուկայում ու Ուկրաինայով էներգակիրները տարանցել դեպի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի այլ երկրներ:
