Այն իրենից 3 շաբաթյա կուրս է ներկայացնում, որի հիմքում ընկած է կտավատի սերմի օգտագործումը նախաճաշի փոխարեն:
Առաջին շաբաթ
Պետք է խառնել 1 ճաշի գդալ կտավատի սերմի ալյուրը 100 մլ կեֆիրի հետ:
Երկրորդ շաբաթ
Պետք է խառնել 2 ճաշի գդալ կտավատի սերմի ալյուրը 100 մլ կեֆիրի կամ կոկոսի կաթի հետ:
Երրորդ շաբաթ
Պետք է խառնել 2 ճաշի գդալ կտավատի սերմի ալյուրը 150 մլ կեֆիրի հետ:
Կտավատի ալյուրը կարելի ստանալ նաև սերմերն աղալով:
