Ադրբեջանը փորձում է Լապշինի գործով չփչացնել հարաբերություններն Իսրայելի հետ. քաղաքագետ

Հետաքրքրված պետությունները փորձում են բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործն այնպես կարգավորել, որ բոլորին հաջողվի փրկել իրենց դեմքը։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Կարինե Գեւորգյանը՝ NEWS.am-ի թղթակից խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով Բելառուսից Ադրբեջան Լապշինի հնարավոր արտահանձնման շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը։
«Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Լապշինին այդուհանդերձ կարտահանձնեն Ադրբեջանին, որից հետո Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նրան կփոխանցեն Իսրայելին, որպեսզի չփչացնեն այդ երկրի հետ իրենց հարաբերությունները։ Իսկ Իսրայելում Լապշինին կներեն։ Այսպիսով, Լուկաշենկոն ցույց կտա, որ ինքն Ալիեւի ընկերն է։ Ալիեւն իր հերթին «բարություն» կդրսեւորի։ Դա թույլ կտա բոլոր հետաքրքրված կողմերին պահպօանել սեփական դեմքը»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը։
Կարինե Գեւորգյանի կարծիքով, հարցի նման լուծումը դժվար թե հեռուն գնացող հետեւանքներ ունենա Ադրբեջանի եւ Իսրայելի հարաբերություններում, սակայն որոշակի լարվծության արդեն հիմա կա։
Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանը մեծ հույսեր է կապում Իսրայելի հետ ռազմական ոլորտում
համագործակցության վրա։ Հաշվի առնելով Իսրայելի վերաբերմունքը սեփական քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների բացահայտ դեմարշը դժվար թե անհետեւանք մնա։
Ներկայումս Ռուսաստանն ու Իսրայելը փորձում են հասնել Լապշինի արտահանձնման մասին որոշման չեղարկմանը։ ԱՄՆ-ում նույնպես անընդունելի են համարում խոսքի ազատության իրավուքն իրանցնելու համար անձի հետապնդումը։
Ռուսաստանի եւ Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը ձերբակալվել է 2016-ի դեկտեմբերին Մինսկում՝ Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, որտեղ նա ներառված է «սեւ ցուցակում» ԼՂՀ այցելության համար։
Նման անձանց մուտքն Ադրբեջան արգելվում է, սակայն Լապշինը 2015-ի հունիսին Վրաստանից ուկրաինական անձնագրով մուտք է գործել Ադրբեջան։ Դրանից հետո Ադրբեջանը բլոգերի նկատմամբ միջազգային հետախուզում է հայտարարել՝ «Պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու» եւ երկրի ներգաղթի օրենսդրությունը խախտելու համար։
Մինսկի քաղաքային դատարանը փակ նիստում հունվարի 26-ին մերժել է Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնելու վերաբերյալ Բելառուսի դատախազության որոշման դեմ Լապշինի բողոքը։ Փետրվարի 6-ին երկու բողոք է ներկայացվելու Բելառուսի գերագույն դատարան։
