Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Ռամկավար Ազատական Կուսակցության Գերագույն խորհուրդի նախագահ Վարդան Նազարյանի նամակը, որով հայտարարվում է «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին միանալու մասին.

Նախ թոյլ տուէք Ռամկավար Ազատական Կուսակցութեան Գերագոյն Խորհուրդի անունով ողջունել Ձեզ գործուն քաղաքական ասպարէզ վերադառնալու Ձեր որոշման առթիւ եւ մաղթել ուժ, կարողութիւն եւ յաջողութիւններ՝ ի խնդիր մեր ազգային զոյգ պետութիւններու եւ բովանդակ մեր ժողովուրդի բարօր կեանքի ապահովման եւ ազգային իղձերու իրականացումին։
Երկրորդ՝ կ'ողջունենք Ձեր նախաձեռնութիւնը նախընտրական լայն դաշինք ստեղծելու առթիւ։ Արդարեւ, Ձեր նկատմամբ մեր ժողովուրդին ունեցած անկեղծ յարգանքն ու սէրը¸ Հայաստանի թէ Սփիւռքի տարածքին ձեր վայելած լայն ժողովրդականութիւնը իրական հիմք են յառաջիկայ ընտրութիւններուն ընդառաջ համաժողովրդական լայն ճակատ ստեղծելու եւ ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովէն ներս քաղաքական բեղմնաւոր եւ ազդեցիկ աշխատանք յառաջ տանելու ուղղութեամբ, միշտ ի պաշտպանութիւն մեր Մայր հայրենիքի եւ համայն հայութեան շահերու։

Երրորդ՝ ծանօթանալով եւ քննարկելով «Ծառուկեան» դաշինքի Ձեր կողմէ յայտարարուած սկզբունքները, նախապէս ալ քաջ ծանօթ ըլլալով տարբեր առիթներով Ձեր ունեցած ելոյթներուն, այդ սկզբունքներն ու մօտեցումները կը նկատենք նաեւ մերը եւ պատրաստակամութիւն կը յայտնենք նոյն ուղղութեամբ աշխատիլ նաեւ Սփիւռքի տարածքին։

Հետեւաբար, մեծապէս կ'ողջունենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան մէջ 1991 թ.էն ի վեր պաշտօնապէս եւ պետականօրէն գրանցուած Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցութեան Կեդրոնական վարչութեան որոշումը՝ միանալու «Ծառուկեան» դաշինքին եւ միասնաբար, ձեռք-ձեռքի տուած, պատուով յաղթահարելու ընտրութիւններու դժուարութիւնները եւ արժանաւորապէս տեղ գրաւելու յառաջիկայ Ազգային Ժողովին մէջ՝ միշտ ուղղութիւն վերցնելով հայութեան եւ հայկական մեր զոյգ պետութեանց գերագոյն շահերը։
Այդ առաքելութեան մէջ, պարոն Ծառուկեան, միշտ կրնաք վայելել նաեւ սփիւռքեան կառոյցներուն՝ Մ. Նահանգներ, Քանատա, Լոնտոն, Ֆրանսա, Յունաստան, Եգիպտոս, Իրաք, Երուսաղէմ, Յորդանան եւ Պէյրութ գտնուող մեր շրջանակներուն աջակցութիւնը¸ մեր «Պայքար», «Ապագայ», «Արմինիըն Միրըր-Սփեքթէյթըր», «Նոր աշխարհ», «Արեւ» թերթերուն, ինչպէս նաեւ «Հայ Ձայն» կայքի եւ Թէքէեան Մշակութային Միութեան ռադիօ եւ հեռուստաժամերուն աջակցութիւնը։

Կրկին անգամ ողջունելով եւ յաջողութիւն մաղթելով Ձեզի, այս առթիւ կ'ուզենք հրաւիրել Ձեզ¸ պարոն Ծառուկեան, առաջին իսկ պատեհութեամբ այցելելու Մոնրէալ, Նիւ Եորք, Լոս Անճելըս եւ Երուսաղէմ, պատշաճ մակարդակով ներկայացնելու Ձեզ մեր սփիւռքահայ բազմութիւններուն։
