Հարթաշենում կանցկացվեն համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություններ

ՀՀ կառավարությունը վաղաժամկետ դադարեցրեց ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Հարթաշենի գյուղական համայնքի ղեկավար Գագիկ Վանեսյանի լիազորությունները և որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվան հաջորդող 40-օրյա ժամկետի վերջին կիրակի օրը նշանակեց գյուղական համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն: Կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը նշեց, որ Հարթաշենի գյուղական համայնքի ղեկավար Գագիկ Վանեսյան համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում ընտրվել էր 2012 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին կայացած համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրության արդյունքում:
Գագիկ Վանեսյանը 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 10-ին հրաժարական է ներկայացրել՝ առողջական վիճակի վատթարացման և արտերկրում բուժում ստանալու անհրաժեշտության հիմնավորմամբ:
Ընտրությունները կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու համար ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին կհատկացվի 1 մլն 120 հազար դրամ, իսկ կառավարությանն առընթեր ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը՝ 2 մլն դրամ։
