Գյումրու պատմական կենտրոնի զարգացման ծրագիրը կմեկնարկի «Շիրազի» և «Ռուսթավելի» փողոցներից

   Գյումրու զարգացման ամենաիրատեսական տարբերակը մասնավոր կապիտալի ներդրմամբ է լինելու: Այս մասին փետրվարի 3-ին Գյումրու «Տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոն»-ում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչներին ասաց «Հույս» Գյումրիի շենացման հիմնադրամի ծրագրի ղեկավար Լենա Մուրադյանը: Ներկայացնելով Գյումրու պատմական կենտրոնի զարգացման ծրագիրը՝  պատասխանատուն փաստեց, որ Գյումրին ներդրողներին պետք է հրապուրի նախ իր դիրքով, քանի որ ունի ճանապարհային մեծ հնարավորութÕ �ուն, զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար եզակի պայմաններ: «Որոշեցինք այս պահին ծրագիրը փորձարկել քաղաքի փոքր հատվածում՝ «Կումայրի» պատմաճարտարապետական ագելոցի տարածքում՝  «Շիրազի» և «Ռուսթավելի» փողոցներում: Ընդհանրապես, «Կումայրի» հատվածի ամեն մի կառույց պատմական մի արժեք  է և այդ հատվածի վերականգնումը կնպաստի զբոսաշրջության և բիզնեսի զարգացմանը»-նշեց Լենա Մուրադյանը: 
Նախաձեռնող խումբը վստահ է, որ Գյումրիի զարգացմանը կնպաստի պատմական տուրիզմի զարգացումը:
«Եթե հիմա  տարեկան Գյումրիում մոտ 10-30 հազար տուրիստ կա, ապա այս ծրագրի շնորհիվ զբոսաշրջիկների քանակը կարող է հասնել մինչև 100 հազարի»,-նշեց Լենա Մուրադյանը՝ փաստելով, որ զբոսաշրջիկների մեծ մասը գալիս է գիշերակացով, իսկ նրա կողմից ծախսվող օրական գումարը կարող է քառապատկվել:
Քաղաքի վերականգնվող հատվածի շարունակականությունը ծրագրի հեղինակները տեսնում են նաև արհեստների ու արվեստների զարգացման ոլորտում: 
 «Հույս» Գյումրիի շենացման հիմնադրամը մինչև ծրագիրը առաջարկելն ուսումնասիրել է Վրաստանի  Կախետի շրջանի զարգացման փորձը: Բայց եթե Վրաստանում հիմքը խաղողի կախովի այգիներն են, Գյումրիում նման խնդիր չկա՝ կա պատմական կենտրոն  և իր ճարտարապետությամբ կարող է գրավել զբոսաշրջիկներին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ներդրումային այս ծրագիրը ենթադրում է ոչ միայն տարածքների ու ենթակառուցվածների  վերականգնում, դրսից ներդրումների իրականացում, այլ նաև աջակցություն տեղաբնակներին՝ գործունեություն ծավալելու: 
Ներդրումային ծրագրի առանցքում Գյումրու «Կումայրի» պատմաճարտարապետական կորիզի վերականգնումն է՝  երկու՝ Շիրազի ու Ռուսթավելի փողոցների վերականգնման ծրագրի մեկնարկով: Մինչ Գյումրու պատմական կենտրոնի զարգացման ներդումային ծրագրի բուն մեկնարկը ստեղծվելու է ֆոնդ և կառավարիչ: Ֆոնդի ներդրումային փաթեթն այս պահին 10 միլիոն դոլար է՝ տարբեր աղբյուրներից: Ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է փուլային կարգով:
