Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար խաշած ձուկը. ո՞ր հիվանդությունների դեմ այն կարող է պայքարել

Ջուկը ոչ միայն համեղ, այլեւ շատ օգտակար մթերքներից է: Այն սննդային արժեքով չի զիջում մսեղենին, քանի որ առավել դյուրամարս է: Թարմ ձուկը պարունակում է սպիտակուցներ, ճարպեր, նաև ածխաջրեր, վիտամիններ և հանքային նյութեր: Ձկան սպիտակուցը պարունակում է մարդուն անհրաժեշտ բոլոր անփոխարինելի ամինաթթուները, որոնք չեն սինթեզվում օրգանիզմում:

5. Նիհարել ցանկացողների համաար այն կարող է շատ օգտակար լինել: Նույնիսկ յուղոտ ձուկն իր հագեցած ճարպաթթուների շնորհիվ չի նպաստում քաշի ավելացմանը, այդ իսկ պատճառով դիետոլոգները նիհարել ցանկացող մարդկանց խորհուրդ են տալիս իրենց սննդակարգի մեջ անպայման ձուկ ներառել:
6. Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ ձուկը՝ հատկապես օմեգա-3ը, 43%-ով նվազեցնում է աչքերի հիվանդություն ունենալու ռիսկը: Նրանք ապացուցել են, որ ձուկն օգնում է մարդկանց նույնիսկ մեծ տարիքում:
7. Ձուկն օգնում է հեշտ և հանգիստ քնել այն մարդկանց, ովքեր քնի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեն: Այս ամենը նրանք կապում են հատկապես ձկան մեջ եղած D վիտամինի հետ:
