Ովքե՞ր կմտնեն պառլամենտ. տան «բազարը» շուկայում չի անցնում.«Իրատես»

«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդն ասում է` տան «բազարը» շուկայում չի անցնում: Չերչիլն էլ ասում է` կանխատեսիր, հետո կբացատրես, թե ինչու տեղի չունեցավ:
Բոլոր դեպքերում, ո՞ւմ «կժպտա» ապագա պառլամենտը: Հասկանալի է, որ ՀՀԿ-ին, որի առաջնորդը վերջին ԳՄ-ներից մեկում ասել է` անթերի ընտրություններ պետք է անցկացվեն: Կարո՞ղ են՝ հարցնենք վարչապետաբար: Իհարկե` ոչ: Ինչո՞ւ: Նախ՝ որ իներցիան անպայմանորեն գործելու է: Ապա և՝ այսօր արդեն իսկ քաղաքագիտական շրջանակները մտահոգություն են հայտնում ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի մասով, մանավանդ որ բավականին թվով օդիոզ ֆիգուրներ ներգրավվելու են այդ պայքարի մեջ. ասենք, Վարդանիկը Շիրակում «պայքարելու» է իր «ախոյան» Բալասանյանի որդու կամ նրա ներկայացուցիչների դեմ, և երաշխավորել, որ բոլոր ռեյտինգային-օդիոզները մինչև վերջ խաղի կանոնները կպահեն, փոքր-ինչ դժվար է:
Այսպիսով, պառլամենտ կմտնի ՀՀԿ-ն, ընդ որում` բավականին լուրջ ներկայացվածությամբ, որը վերջին` Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի «դուրսգրումից» հետո ապացուցեց, որ «վտակայնությունն» իսկապես «ձախության մանկական հիվանդություն է» ՀՀԿ-ում, խելացի «գառը» մնում է յուր «փարախում»:
Կարծում ենք, որ խորհրդարան կմտնի նաև ՀՅԴ-ն` դաշինք կազմելու ՀՀԿ-ի հետ: Չմոռանանք, սակայն, որ գրեթե հարյուրքսանամյա այդ «ծերուկը» անգամ իր կուսակցական մարզպետի կողմից ղեկավարվող մարզկենտրոնում` Գյումրու ավագանու ընտրություններում չկարողացավ հաղթահարել հինգ տոկոսի շեմը, բայց քանի որ ՀՅԴ-ն, ինչպես միշտ, լավ է կողմնորոշվում, կկարողանան հաստատապես կրկին բազմել պառլամենտի կարմիր աթոռներին:
Հաջորդ ուժը, որը լուրջ ներկայացվածություն կունենա պառլամենտում, կլինի խայտաբղետացված, բավականին անհասկանալի դարձած «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, քանի՞ տոկոսով, դժվար կլինի ասել, սակայն հաստատապես` որոշիչ ձայնով: Դաշինքը մաս կկազմի՞ ՀՀԿ-ի հետ՝ կոալիցիայի տեսքով: Կախված է ընտրությունների ընթացքից, իր և ՀՀԿ-ի հավաքած ձայներից: Կոալիցիայի հավանականությունը մեծ է, եթե իսկապես արդար ու անթերի ընտրություններ անցկացվեն: Ընդ որում, ԲՀԿ-ն, ի տարբերություն կամ ի նմանություն «Օհանյան» դաշինքի, այնքան խայտաբղետ է, որ, կարելի է ասել, դետոնատոր է դրված երկուսի տակ, պառլամենտում հայտնվելուց հետո` տրոհվելու, մաս-մաս լինելու առումով:
